Nice post and has Amber secretly taken any drugs? If not maybe if we shove some down her throat or tell her they are pain meds she will become less insane... i say less because no one is sane on drugs but maybe she will put down the kid... if not can you please use your son in combat when the time arrives?

Alaster lay on the ground where he had fallen back after the powerful hit of the mechanic had launched him from his right footing. Thr browning lay a foot or two away from his body.
Alaster continued to lay throughout the fight. He remembered hearing the screamings that it was her son Joshua and the pleadings from Murph trying to snap Amber back to some sense of reality. Then it had gone quiet and Alaster saw Amber start walking past him the lifeless child clenched in her arms.
"My people need somewhere quiet." That's what Alaster heard from Murph. Yes quiet that is what i need just somwhere quiet.
Alaster was still to stunned to actually move from his spot he had managed to move up on his elbows and held an almost shocked look on his face.
Murphs eyes scanned the small crowd even meeting his own and Alaster looked down to ashamed to even look the mechanic in the eyes. Alaster picked himself up off the ground taking the browning in his hands and loading the last few shells into the gun trying to give his hands something else to do then shake.
The others were slowly moving quietly down the road. We even abandoned our formation. Is this what we have become? Wandering around with no sense?

Ok so I lied about it being tomorrow. After seeing the post from Amber and Mr. shiny over there I decided to change my big fluff scene to something with a little umf... Nothing personal shiny man but Al only saw blood and a girl swinging an axe at a guy in full armor so what was he to think.
Also I forgot about Macs unconscious body on the floor over there so if someone wouldn't mind picking him up for me I would realllllly appreciate it.

Alaster heard the scream outside. "You, you killed my son!"
That was Ambers voice had she truly found her son?
Then as he quickly moved outside Treasure Island he saw him. It was almost a glare at first and Alaster had thought it he was upon a silver motor bike. But when his eyes adjusted he saw the glimmering shining armor.
Wait armor? Seriously ARMOR? How the hell does this man keep up with those undead b******s!?
Alaster put his thoughts at bay as he continued over to the man. That's when he noticed the trail of blood leading to Amber. Alaster stopped putting shells in his gun (2 were placed in the shotgun) and charged over to the girl who was now swinging her axe wildly at the armor clad man.
"What the hell have you done! Did you hurt her?! Alaster screamed as he aimed the gun toward the man who had raised his shield and yelled something across at Amber. "I swear to God if you harmed her I'm going to break your legs so Murph can have all the time in the world to do what he wants with you!"
((Not going to well for Mr. Shiny armor man.))

HE could also be a free mason just depends on the emblems on his armor the free masons out east tend to dress in armor quite a bit and the knights of columbus are their enemies along with a group called the ELKS...

If Alaster doesnt die from the first zombie and he makes his way to the front he will ensure no zombies get close enough to the father. Weilding the bat or maybe Murph will trade for the time being. I will take care of melee you keep them away from me from afar and may the good lord shine upon the scarlet blood we spill. Everyone else run Murph I'd say stay but you are probably the only one who can retrieve Amber Emily is weakened and well mac... heh lets not get into that...

Hey so Amber is running Mac is unconcious, father hand cannon over there has decided he wont leave the body what do you say we just call it a day and make a final stand... We can all draw up new characters that roam the streets and surprisingly find Mac alive! That'd be irony really the one guy who couldn't kill em and he is still alive. Anyways what are your thoughts me and you run after the zombie is dead to either the front of the store for final stand or we decide to keep running and somehow manage to get out of there (if we kill zombie in time) and find some new people along the way?
