Oh, Bri I have just gotten here and still I feel you're a part of my days. I've followed your threads and read you updates. I have twin sons and I can understand the closeness between you and your sister. Please know that there is so much support here. I pray for your strength and that for your family.

I miss her here at the inn. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers all the time. I still hope against all hope that she can and will make some kind of recovery, but if it be the higher power's will (which ever one you believe in), may she go without pain and in peace. Stay strong for you and your family. I'm sure the love and hope of your fellow inn-mates is with you, just as is mine.

And allow her to pass into the next world as painless as possible. I feel like I am losing a long time friend, though I have never met the two of you in person. I will miss her and think of her often and if you get the chance Bri tell her I will say a prayer for her for the next nights to come to help her pass from our world in love.

The Hospital just called, Joanne, Dragon Mistress passed away quietly today.

Her spirit is free of the mortal remains that failed her. I will miss her deeply.

All of our love and sympathies to you and yours, Bri. Dragon Mistress will be sorely missed and long loved herabouts, I'm sure.

May her new path be full of light and love.

We will hold you as best we can from afar. We will cry softly in the night knowing it is not enough. We will stand by to be a place to morn. The Inn will be here when you need us.

Words are lost in sorrow, as the pain of our friend becomes our own. Tears are shed, rolling down as memories flood our minds. We will always remember her words and her courage, always. Few people in this world can say they will be remembered by almost 2,000 people, but Joanne will always be in our hearts.

Her pain has now ended, and ours has begun. She will be sorely missed by us all.

I believe I speak for all of us when I say that we all stand beside you and share in the tragedy of her passing.

With deepest love in this dark time, we will be with you always.

Remember for her characters. She always played true to how she perceived them. Remember her for her creativity in her own game and the rich world and NPC's she created. I wished she had forged ahead with the book that Tor Books was interested in and all her other stories. Maybe I will try to do something about them. It would be a lasting memorial to her.

To you with all my heart Bri, I send my thoughts, my hopes, and the knowledge that I will miss her too.

But I just want you to remember that if you need any of us we are here for you too and we will stand by you during this time.

I think it is a very good idea to see if you can get her work published. That would be a very good homage, one that she deserves.

She will be greatly missed here on the inn. She was much of an icon, and always ready to jump into new adventures. I will never forget the way she helped forge my Chakran Portal game with her roleplaying and view of fantasy in general. She has a place in my memories.

I hope you'll will be ok, Jeanne. As many said before, if you need us, we'll be there for you.

More thoughts of solace to you and your family. She will indeed be greatly missed around here, but we shall always remember her fascinating characters.

I myself know she was someone who reached out to me when I was new around here and I appreciated the guidance she offered to me.
