Loaded Dice #57: Mano a Mano

Yep, we have a regular comic update today. Check it out!

What do you think? This is something a bit out of the ordinary for us (skipping Olan's excessive use of text and letting the art alone tell the story).

Also, as always, if you enjoy Loaded Dice, please vote it up at reddit.

I will vote...

And I'll also comment... cuz I can do that, now.

Loved this one... a little less talk and a lot more action, you know? I love the storytelling and the "typical walls o' text," of course, but every now and again, something like this to break things up is fantastic... Why say what doesn't need to be said right?

Good job, as always!

Gee what flavor is dumb!

Who said the comics needed to be funny all time, I really like that it adds some drama to the strip.

Really Great!!!

Nice

Only thing i didn't get was the gray wisp coming from Aranion's mouth. Is that just to show that he is getting cold or is he also losing some intangible, as often happens when unfriendly undeads grap you?

well

I believe it simply is there to ilustrate the unnatural cold he is being exposed to.

very nice...

And yes... I saw it as his last breath... coming out all cold and frosty.

Can't wait to see what happens to the poor dumb elf.

Excellent job

I really enjoy the strip and the lack of narration took nothing away from it.

I saw that breath as both being very cold and losing something intangible as well.
