Heh...

...I never even started the first book, myself... buuuut, being the father of teenaged girls I was assaulted by the movies... repeatedly.

Ah well, at least I had fun tormenting them about the things. Some modicum of Daddy-retribution, anyway, right?

I think I just realized something...

I think I know how Sully's eyes work o.o

Now the questions are, am I right, and would Elly be able to figure it out and would she be able to use that knowledge to give Sully the best lookout devices ever?

This butterfly will think on this new development...

I feel like...

I've given you the keys to the candy store with this engineering bit, Reralae...

My massage appointment called and canceled... so if I can get information from Kamina I may be able to get something up as early as tonight or tomorrow. :3

You may have

There's a few roles I can go over the top with in regards to figuring things out and getting hyperactive with theories floating around my mind.

Low tech/no magic environment: Jury-rigger - making stuff that's useful out of what is available.
Low tech/high magic enviroment: Magic theorist - figure out how magic works.
High tech/no magic environment: Hacker/Cybernaut - VR is your friend. Or Techie - pushing tech to the extreme
High tech/high magic environment: Any of the above and Magitech theorist - bringing two worlds together that were already the same world to begin with; just that no one ever realized it

Steampunk is kind of intermediate between low and high tech, since it has elements of both.

Elly, therefore, is both a jury-rigger and a techie

Speaking of...

You're involved in the opening post, so I'll be shooting a collab your way as soon as I figure out where Kamina would be.

My guess is...

...that the Doc's somewhere in the city making julienne fries out of rats or somethin' with that crazy clockwork hacksaw.

Of course, that's just a guess... I could be wrong.

Need more info

I'm not sure if he's a new recruit or has been on board for a while though is the problem.

Bad memory

I think I posted in my character that I just recently joined up with the Dawn Falcon, that or that was just a thought in my head that I believed I put into the bio o.O I'm pretty sure, nearly 100% the Doc is a new recruit.

Ambiguous wording

No worries, you did put that in your bio, but the wording was ambiguous enough to warrant further questions. He's the newest recruit, that's what we know, but the question to be answered is, is he to be recruited in the beginning of the game or was he already introduced to membership with the crew?

And then, the next question is, where he is at about the beginning of the game?

Oh! Sense has been made

I believe the way I was thinking of it was that the Doc had been introduced to the crew at one of it's last stops, so he is new but still knows the faces of the crew. As for location in the city he'd be looking for alcohol to use as an anesthetic and sterilizer. Maybe some leather straps to hold down the skittish patients. Sorry for being a little unclear

For the record...

...Rer PMd me her theory on Sully's eyes and, I gotta admit, she more or less hit the nail on the head. *grins* There's a little bit more to Sully's... er... condition aside from the eyes, of course, but the fact that she got that much was amazing!

((Well... not really considering I've known that little butterfly long enough to know that she's friggin' smarter than I am... but still... Way to go, Rer! ))

It's a terrifying thing...

that someone is able to get into your head Eol. I'm betting it's a bit scary in there.

Okies, that's all I need to know to get something in the works.

LOL

It's only scary if you're afraid of the dark, Kriea. *grins*

Celeste visits quite a bit, actually, and she doesn't seem any worse for wear from it. *winks*
