Grey Poupon is the finest of Mustards (well, in American consumption terms anyway, lol). I have had finer!

Mustard tastes like a boost of zwangy flavor in the midst of a dark world. It's a kick in the mouth. It's strong, flavor-packed, and goooood. That's what mustard tastes like. It tastes like itself. Nothing can compare, i think.

Mustard sauce

Is largely vinegar. However, the mustard seed is such a potent flavor, you can't taste the vinegar much. The chemical in mustard that gives it the tangy burst of flavor, by the way, is a blister agent. Small doses are best.

DO NOT BOIL DOWN MUSTARD SAUCE
