Well if the Lesser Death Knight can radiate fear for 5 feet why not counter that with humor? Let nature help Althena to overcome what Alasdiar projects. It should also help the party members resist the fear.

We still need to be careful not to hurt Althena if we attack and start combat against Alasdiar. Distration can be very useful; I hope things go well for us now. If Maggots words had an effect on Alasdiar then the multiple images should add to that effect.

Just an FYI; teh barbarians summoned by a iron horn of valhalla are only 5th level. As such they should not be our prime target; very unlikely they can even hit us with our armor classes.

This cursed horn has been carried by Conall since you found it in one of the first rooms in the Mountains of Steel, 7 years ago, when you rescued Althena. I designed it as a trap for you guys but in all this time it was never used until now.
