Did I oops?

On what I thought was flirting??

As for the wall spells unless Permanency is cast upon them they are only temporary. It was decided to move to defend the second wall. The frontal defense of the fortress is like a funnel or V where the outer most wall has the most space to defend. So with the outer wall pretty much open in a lot of spots the good guys pulled back.

*shrugs*

Wall of Stone is one of those rare spells that is permanent even without the casting of Permanency (read the description). If it's only damaged in spots, it should have worked (I think).

As for the flirting, I suppose it depends on what Lothor makes of it. It was just soup though...

My Apologies Me Lady

You are indeed correct I thought it was like normal walls but both it and Wall of Iron are permanent.

Your a 13th Lvl Mage so the wall would be 3.25 inches thick and 260 feet in service area. Hmmm that causes a slight problem, in creating the wall I don't think you could create battlements for the troops to defend from as it says a slab of stone. On top of that I believe the Fortress walls are much higher and thicker then that. Gotta check the fortress walls specs to be sure but I think the height difference between the spells would not be the same.

Either way your walls would have given the defenders the ability to retreat with those walls as cover.

The New Guy :)

Ok everyone lets all welcome Archangel to the game. He will be playing our beloved Berserker Dwarf Barreel. So Welcome Mr Archangel and I ask only 1 thing of you...............

Enjoy playing Barreel as he really needs to be played in the game longer then only 3 weeks .

As for Valene and Jessica they will be written out, not killed, of the game in the next month or so unless Kriea or Teller return before I do so.

Well...

The spell would produce 260 feet squared of surface area. According to the spell you can add crenalations, battlements etc. And it's possible to layer the spell with multiple casting (i.e. one behind the other, or one on top of the other). Sirene could have cast it 5 times, so it's possible that it could be fairly sturdy.

That said, I still don't think it would last for long. Stone walls aren't great at stopping magic...

And, welcome Archangel!

Thank you

Yes I am joining the game, hopefully no one will regret it

I am reading the back story at least up to where my character came into the game; I should have a post up before Sunday.

Welcome Archangel....................

Well seeing the character hasn't been around much you have no trouble making him your own. We will respond to your lead.

Salvatore

For some reason I keep imagining Bereel as Thibbledorf Pwent. Better not give him a hug...

I must surrender

Gina you are correct in your summation of Wall of Stone. Your right you could have repaired a good portion of it in two days time. Though not as strong as the original wall was still would have held up quite well. However to not have to rewrite my whole post I’ll just go along with you and say magic eventually brought it down enough to have to abandon it.

Good call on the Wall of Stone spell.

Sirene

Stumping the DM is usually worth some XPs, either that or a quick character death.

I vote on the first one!

Answer please

Mr. Tan

It seems at the very least two of us will attempt to find the wolf... A simple yes or no to this question, 'Is the wolf found or not?'

If it is we will role play as such. If for all the chaos it would be less likely we can get to the recovery of the wolf then we will role play it to that end as well. Perhaps searching from the top of the wall to no avail.

A simple yes or no and it gives us a little role play for a week or two at the very least.

Thank you.

Ok Exp Added

And two characters went up a LvL each.

Brianna, Rayne went up a LvL in Cleric so I need 1 1st lvl 1 2nd lvl & 1 3rd lvl Spell.

Brundel, Lothor is now LvL 13th Congrats he gained 12 hp's

Ok since we have a calm period now's a good time to get me spells.

SirSadaar, Cor needs 1 3rd LvL
Gina, Sirene needs 1 3rd LvL.
Ody, Ulthok needs 1 2nd and 1 3rd LvL.

To answer your question Kyle no one has seen a wolf out beyond the walls but they have heard howling as if a pack roams out there. The Wolf your looking for could be among them.

Also one last thing Gina you got extra EXP for besting me on the spell and figuring out who I designed Barreel off of, good call.
