Go See The TLAPD Thread.....

I found the old thread and bumped it so it would be in the correct place.

Not to harp but...

Ody, at the moment Siréne is focused on dealing with the goblins. With her flying I doubt she can hear what Ulthok is even saying. Once things are dealt with she will make her intentions known. Hopefully there won't be too much chaos.

Honestly, Siréne won't have a problem with burning the remains, it's more of how they are burned and who does said burning that might set her off...

Lasped Time......

It would take a little time for the circle to be formed and I didn't say who all formed the circle, Sirene could have joined the circle by then along with Aliya so they both could RP in the events. The circle could even be after the battle is over. I've put things in motion that need to be done.

something ive noticed...

i begun to notice a trend in our posts. no one interacts with one another. we state our feelings/intentions. but dont talk to one another unless the situation deems it nessacary. most posts seem like we assume the rest/others in the party will see our thought processes/actions and follow suit.

i understand the need for double posting especially if we are going to have converstation/interactions which can end up being short/faster posts then the long once a week epic's we've all been doing. but double posting like i did this week kinda bothers me, especially with the way my dice rolls have gone in the past (no offence tended to our <3 GM). i posted a second time simply in order to get something of amara beings ody was pushing forwards with his post. were we done fighting the goblins? really for me till Tann gave us our rolls we would still be in battle.

i'm not trying to pick on anyone or anything anyone has posted. i'm simply stating what/how i feel atm/

Fear Not

For those who know Weaver well enough, they will conform these words…

None of our fallen will be desecrated. If we have to pile these fallen enemy and burn them all in a fire and leave a marker of some kind to let all who fallow of the honorable who have fallen it will be done.

I might not be a Holly man but I am a man of the Gods. The path to the after life for the fallen will be paved in great gold and many a songs. But until these goblins are gone Weaver will banter only. Conversations are best left for after battle.

Just the ramblings of an old man… no a young man… no… well you know what I mean.

funeral

i'm sorry if i'm making alyia seem overly emotional. but she did jsut see her sister throat torn our infront of her.
after the funeral she'll go back to a more stable "soldier" pattern.

as for the funeral. idk what would be acceptable relgion wise. so feel free to talk it out either in qna or in game as long as it dosent cause in fighting i'm ok with what is decided.

...

Honestly I feel the emotion is spot on. Seeing one's sibling die, especially in a way like that, is generally a cause for an extreme emotional response like that.

yeah...

It's quite understandable for Aliya to be more than a bit histrionic right now. She just watched her sister get ripped apart. Responding in a calm manner would be the inappropriate direction.

Someone just died, I think we're in for more than a bit of emotion.

Ok Question to all players

As far as my post tomorrow is the player consensus for me to delay a week? I can easily do that if wanted.

Astrid your posts I think are dead on as far as Aliya's feeling of anger and despair at just losing her sister. Good posts please keep them coming.

Well...

Being that we are in the middle of goblin war, I'd vote for an update tomorrow. If we want to leave time for dealing with the Amara curveball, maybe we can hold the delay for after the combat is done? What do you all think?

???????

There are several actions going on.
The melee needs to finish and then we need to finish dealing with the death. Also if all the Goblins have been killed then we don't need to lock the door.

We have Elves that feel they need to handle the Elven death, we have a sister that needs to deal with the death and we need to move on so we don't all end up dead from delaying too long.

As DM Tann it is your call to end the battle.

We have great RP dealing with Amara and it too needs to finish.

Are we sure we wish to make a memorial in a Castle we plan to destroy?

i vote that tann posts this week, we need clarification from our gm.

and as much as i agree we shouldn't dally, all things in turn i feel we shouldn't rush things either.
