So yeah, the Facebook AFD joke got me hard, and I pulled this down. Here it is again, if anyone cares to look.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
A man. A knight. A hero.
All hail the hero,
For he protects our realm!
He replies, "It is my duty."
A hero. A man. A knight.
Pushing all away as he struggles on.
Why must he struggle alone?
He replies, "It is my duty."
A knight. A hero. A man.
Forsaking his kingdom.
Why did you help us if you did not care?
He replies, "It was my duty."
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Two apples lay before me
One is poison, one salvation
Both plain and unassuming
One my life, one my death
I steel myself and partake
Will i be saved? or damned?
I smile, savoring the taste
A gleam in my eye as i bite again
A grin on my lips as the apple falls
And sorrow in my heart as i fade away

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
