Fast & Furious 6: What did you think?

Ok let me start this thread off with how, except for the initial scene between the Rock and Vin Diesal, unbelievable this movie is. If anyone tried to do half the things in real life that they do in this film they would be dead 10 times over. Do not pass go, do not collect $200 dollars, out of the game toast.

Now as to the movie itself all I can say overall is, it was FREAKING AWEESOOMME!!

I so loved this movie yeah it might push your limits of what you believe but if you just sit back and relax you’ll love this flick. It has action, it has guns, it has Vin, and the Rock. It has cool looking fast cars, hot women, in sexy clothes and it even has a big freaking tank But you know what it has that tops all of that?? Two of the best girl vs. girl fight scenes between Gina Carano and Michele Rodriguez. Their two fighting scenes are lengthy and their moves are severe, to say the least — arguably the most extreme woman-versus-woman hand-to-hand combat that I have ever seen in my movie history. No weapons are used, as the two rely mostly on their fists and no stunt doubles were used. It's all Rodriguez and Carano and it looked like it hurt. A LOT!

If you’re a fan of the fast and furious series of movies or even if your not, go for nothing else then those two scenes. Like any movie it has a twist or two, how Letty survived, who is a good guy, who is really a bad guy, and for once a twist I never saw coming at the end.

So go see it and if you wait a little into the credits you’ll see a preview of the new bad guy they’ll face in FF 7 and a tie into the events in Fast & Furious 3 Tokyo Drift as 7 takes place after that film. In fact the events of Tokyo Drift are the main reason the friends get together to do what they do so well.

Go see, have fun and please feel free to add your spoiler free comments here

Worth Watching

Discovered I had enough credit left on an AMC Movie Card that was given to me for my birthday, so I took the recommendation from Tann and saw it yesterday at a matinee!

The Fight Scenes were worth the Price of Admission alone!

Got so absorbed in the story that I forgot about the Fight Scene and so when it took place it was Thrilling!

I am not a Fast & Furious fan per se, think I saw the first one and the Tokyo Drift movie, but F&F 6 was AWESOME and I Certainly Plan to See F&F 7 whenever it opens!

In fact, the segment Tann referred to as the credits roll is also worth the price of admission!
