great!

Great update Kaelyn, I'm sure we all know those nights of posting that stretch out longer than we imagine and I know I always feel I drop off near the end but fear not if your writing did falter, I certainly didn't notice!

Now, questions. Where is most of the fire, the ceiling? Is it crumbling? If Joseph were to make a guess at how long he had in there before he had to get out what would the answer be? How high are the windows off the ground? I think that's it... will post more if I think of it... I don't get internet everyday but I'll try to get on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and hopefully put up a post at some point in there!

Lovin it...

Hehehe. Alright, I know it might not have been the most "Politically Correct" thing to do but as I stated earlier just 'cause Vicente's a "good guy" doesn't mean he's always a "Nice guy". I really do enjoy positive feed back, and of course I'd like to know if I've over stepped my bounds in anyway as far as actions taken in my post that should have had dice rolls. What a way to start the game! Now let's see if we can get ourselves out of the inn.

2nd Post:

Thank you Skye. I'm glad you approved. Now, I must give credit where credit is due. Skye, you made some excelent suggestions and as you probably noticed I took them. Also, for the record Jason is my character for Destiny's Flight (an Alacity production) and I have been writing for both in my head for the last couple of days...I should go double check my Destiny's Flight post and make sure that Jason didn't change to Vicente...

I did notice but no credit was necessary.I merely made a few revisions and basic edit the post is still primarily your own.

And thank you I was wondering what that was all about lol

The ceiling is pretty much ablaze with flames slowly workign their way down the support rafters, the lowest point of flames is still about 8feet up. with most of the flames about 9' up gathered aroudn the upper rafters and thatch.

As for crumbling, bits of flaming roof or wood are always a potential hazard as they could catch alight anything below.

If looking around and making a calm rational guess as to the time you have pending some unfortunate structural flaw or break.. you likely have a couple minutes before the flames are floor bound and the entire room is engulfed....

Windows are 3' off the ground.

I think the real question here is...

What's for breakfast?

Cheers

Thanks for the clarifications Kaelyn. I'm going camping tonight but I will be back tomorrow, whether I'll be able to post then or not I'm more unsure of but I will work to put up a post before the weekend's up (Long Weekend that is for the rest of you Canadians out there).

One more question, is it clear that Tristessa was the cause of the collapse of the portals and the death of the wizard and eighth party member or was it just Savan's reaction to the wolf regardless of the situation?

Well

No, Savan has no idea what caused the portals to collapse, he's just slightly disoriented and rather confused by his circumstances especially as he can't see the wolf due to the lighting conditions.

Cool

Okay sounds good, just wanted to make sure. So he is just wondering whether the wolf is with the group or against I can assume?
