He leveled a glare between Casino and Charlie, thoroughly over their pissing match. "Casino, blood debts go far, but these big names in the shadows aren't going to bend over backwards for us just because we are putting our hope in an assumption about someone's culture." The medic looked to the netrunner. "Blossom, is there any dirt you can find on those bodyguards' phones that we could use as leverage? I have a feeling we're going to need all the intel we can get with this endeavour."

Just covering my bases lol. Though I did leave out that you could be a cop or bystander or a fly on the wall, so not all bases were covered.

Funnily enough, I have a background NPC in mind for this game that having a 70s-styled villain would be great fun for their rogues' gallery lol.

Also, I'd love to hear about your character whenever you've decided on what you'd like to play. No spoilers, but maybe there could be a cool connection to make between yours and my character Dragonfly?

@Hammer: Nice post! I imagine all the Shakespeare references took a while to compile. I really like the Thespian alter; speaking in theatrical verse is a very interesting way to communicate!

I'm waiting on your idea, Tann, before mentioning the two boostergangs owing me favours, to see if that suggestion would be helpful or not.

Bloodbank doesn't pay much attention to the bar the group has settled in, instead just perusing a menu when it's put in front of him. He isn't exactly hungry right now, and tells the waitress as much when she asks for his order. Visions of Rya's tear-stained face is still fresh in his mind, making his gut feel like its a pit of lead. He should've done more to keep her alive, maybe even talked with her about his own experience as the "golden child" from High City.

But that didn't matter much when she had a bullet through her brain.

Flipping his menu closed, Bloodbank feels some of that lead turn to a stronger metal when he looks at Casino. "I've got a contact with the Hellhounds, a boostergang in the Undercity. They owe me. Reaching out to them could get us intel on where our friend is spending his days, or get us an entourage for when we go to pick him up." He spreads his hands placatingly. "It's a shot in the dark, but at least it's a shot."

Is there a specific state you were thinking of Scyon City being set in? I'd read a while ago about Gotham being set in Connecticut for one specific show, and thought that could be a good place to set up Scyon City, if you wanted an option.

I'm good with profiles being public too. I think it would be reasonable for other characters - specifically those who have been in Scyon City for a long while - to have knowledge on how Dragonfly's powers work too, since she's definitely been fighting in the open with them.

I like the organizational aspect of having a separate forum for character profiles, personally. It'd be the most efficient way to keep track of who's who, rather than digging through the QnA - which will inevitablely get long, knowing how much you and I can get going with the jokes, Eol.

Your character reminds me of Legion/David Haller from X-Men, Hammer. Each of his personas from his dissociative identity disorder has a different powerset. Maybe Legion could be a source of inspiration for Disturbance's powers? If this isn't chosen yet, the Speedster class is what I've been dying to right forever, though are powers not included in the manual up for use? Specifically, I've had vector manipulation - https/powerlisting.fandom.com/wiki/Vector_Manipulation - on my mind for a speed-type hero, but chronomancy also is a very fun, very in-game option.

And if not Speedster, then Primal looks very fun too.

This might not matter so much but figured I'll ask anyway: any particular edition in mind for character and the like? I've got access to all three, but need a direction before I deep-dive lol.

I've also got two boostergangs owing me favours that we could cash in for a safe place to bunk in their territory. Unsure if that would cost Giri or not - if so then my account is 1 Giri so no-go for the boostergangs.
