equipment

Everyone gets the same equipment issued:

Helmet
Jacket/Pants (Reinforced)
Jump Boots
Suspenders
Pistol Belt
.45 Caliber Pistol with holster
First Aid Pouch w/ Carlisle Bandage
Fighting Knife w/ M8 Scabbard
*M1A1 Carbine w/ Folding Stock*
Canteen w/ Cover
Gas Detection Armband (issued during normandy invasion)
Musette Bag
Entrenching Tool
Paratrooper Gloves
Fragmentation Grenade
Supplemental tie-on First Aid Kit
Carbine Ammo Pouch

Now "Main" weapons can vary in this game. I'm not looking for accuracy so you pick whether you want rifle or machine gun. Anyway, not historical here, but I want you to enjoy your character. They will all do basically the same damage.

Rifles Springfield
M1 Garand

SMG or Assault Rifle Thompson SMG
BAR M1918A2
Johnson M1941

PS regarding Rex 'The Rat' Miller

I already chose an Image late last night in case Roger decided to start this new adventure!

Machine Gun and Knives are his Main Thing for Weapons!

Street Brawler and knows how to shoot a Pistol too!

Will refrain from posting any more info and just compile it and send to Alacrity

If still open

I'll return as Senior NCO Master Sgt Romo if you can fit him in.

Looks good

I look forward to seeing the tale unfold.
May have to try a similar game concept with my tabletop group sometime.

Cheers all,

Cpl. John Stewart (Doc) Reid Reporting For Duty......

Well I think I was the first to say I'd be in if you restarted.

I'm going to have to retire so I have time to write in all my stories.

well

I am just going over my notes and thoughts for this campaign.

I am probably going to move the date back a bit. I had this in 1943 but 42 might make more sense.

The Team (needs a name) will be stationed out of London and under British Command. The team pulls people as needed so you can be from any allied country.

for the new to cortex

Complications are there for you to play in the game and when you do so, you get plot points. Plot points are used to add dice to your rolls when you want to accomplish something, or to subtract damage when wounded or to change the course of events in the game.

*Chuckle*

C.O.R.P.S.E. has a Sixties Sound to it (this is set during WWII with a Headquarters in London)

I am good with whatever the other Players decide!

In Memory.........

How about Joint Special Forces, Team YeOlde.

This alludes a command group "Joint Special Forces" and own section in "Team YeOlde". It is in memory of YeOlde and it suggests we look into things from the past.

Looking into the past

While C.O.R.P.S.E. is cool, I think a tribute to YeOlde is the perfect choice.

And sniper Corban McGuiness is ready for duty. Looking forward to getting the band together again.
