Yeah

Probably because she's a sociopathic little bit--HEY PUT THAT GUT KNIFE AWAY.

Seriously though, the FBI agent going through my torture search history is probably very concerned for me.

heh

I do way more searches of late via incognito mode.  Not that I think it'll keep the FBI off of me, but I'd rather not have a conversation about why I've been looking into certain subjects.

"I'm not that twisted!  It's for the fun game I'm playing, you see...  wait!  Come back!"

LOL

It's dark. The other day I was talking to my mother on the phone about how I was thinking of writing all my passwords down somewhere in case I died and stuff and she was like,"Can we talk about something else please? Why are you thinking about this?"

And I was like, "Oh, I don't know, I've just been thinking about death a lot lately, I guess." And I have.

Oh geez!

I could write a book on the weird stuff my family has called me out on over the years... and then, when they realize that a good majority of those things have to do with "stories I'm telling" and have nothing to do with real life, the looks get even stranger.

Haha yeah, it's whatever. Sometimes death is preferable, ya know? Right Mom and Dad?

Why are you crying? Who are you calling? Can't we just enjoy Thanksgiving?

LOL @ Thanksgiving

You should have seen/heard my parents on my first trip home after Boot. With my Marine Corps table manners and my chosen MOS, there were all kinds of questions as to my sanity and such.

I miss those days, sometimes! *sigh*

Hypothetically

Could a Therassor priest's crazy flame spell heat up iron bars enough to say, cauterize a big furry back wound?

Asking for a friend.

well...

Let's just say that the divine healing was a good thing.

FYI - I plan to bump the story forward early next week.  I'd like for Raven to get to post if he can, let us know how Cedric feels about life on the inside.

As you can hopefully tell, things are swelling to a serious crescendo here...

Swelling

Like wounds on a rogue's back.

psh

Kith doesn't really deal with swelling very much, does she?  It's more "torture to the point of death, then use divine healing so that we can play the game again and again".

Y'know...

....when it comes to Olan wanting to learn about what his players are feeling on the inside, lately, it makes me veeeeerrrryyy nervous!

Haven't we seen enough of our insides, already?

This game has taken you to a dark, dark place, dude!

yep

I've seen way more insides than I expected.  I think that when this game is done, I need to run something light and cheery.  Like My Little Pony.

Or even a new Zombies chapter.

Thing is... it's even darker than you know.
