Far enough that help isn't going to make it within the next couple of rounds.  And of course, finding the scout in the dark in the woods isn't going to be automatic...

The giggling isn't loud enough for you guys to hear.  If Kith calls out, screans, etc - that will be different. 

Ten minutes?  Fifteen?

...10 - 15 minutes, in my mind, puts ol' furface just at the edge of "okay, it's been long enough..."

I was thinking of having her climbing but not sure I can make it up without that thing biting me. I was also thinking of having her shoot an arrow in your guys' general direction, hopefully hitting a tree or whizzing around you--any noise is weird out here, and she's just thinking about saving her hide, so anything to tip you guys off without alerting a massive hoard is going to be her first inclination. Then just full action sprint for as many rounds as it takes to meet up with you guys.

That will be the gist of my post when I'm able to put one up.
