The young paladin was close to dropping. She could feel it, but held on and remained on her feet. While she's still able to breathe, she had to keep going. With ANT 4-ROE 3 being closest, thre was a large change that Arianne would be attacked. Heeding Shandra's words, the paladin focuses on the ant between them.
ANT 4-ROW 5 that was also near was unconscious.

Since I've been sick, I've listened to online radio and this just came to my mind. So what do you think? Ever felt uneasy about what you develop?
I actually have a couple of Neo-Nazi characters in the works for another forum! But I got stuck due to complications on how they would extend their lifespan and how they lived as war criminals up to 2008 (:lol . Not always my thing so it's fun to think over.
I was pretty proud; managed to gather info on Germany and WWII, put them together until they were consistant or near there, etc. curious! Huh!   .

Ariane, as expected, had found herself in close quarter range with one of the ants. It was a pretty quick anthropod for its size; before the young paladin could use her third arrow, the ant from one of the farthest rows (row 5, ant 4) had already advanced towards her position. The paladin had to stay undaunted and prepare for her next action.
Ari was quick to know that her arrows failed the last time and that fact, and the ant's position, provoked her to use her Holy Sword. She slid the C.Longbow's bowstring over her torso to put it to rest for now and moved her right hand towards the Avenger's handle.
She also noticed another ant close by (row 3, ant 4) and it had the potential of attacking too, either her or the monk that was close by. Regardless, she'll put her faith in Rydor and her technique to get her through.

As Gael fought on, it would start to manifest that being a dog to so-called "absolute loyalty" did not suit him. Personal disagreements cost him "his dream" as a knight. So he becomes the leader of his own independent group and is now an outlaw.
There was supposed to be a reason behind this, other than making it look like it was some kind of instinct. Unfortunately, I TOTALLY forgot the reason.
Do you Wyrm (or anyone) have an idea about his betrayal? Or just leave it?
