Quirky(?) idea for a program

Programmers, Ahoy!

I have no real programming expertise, but I would like somehow to have the ability to scan my Dungeon Tiles into my computer and then manipulate them in a dungeon-building application. The app would have to be able to identify each tile separately as well as rotate and copy tiles.

*sigh* or maybe I just don't want to shell out 40 ducats for Dunjinni which I've heard is just digital fantastic.

Actually

There is a cool website that offers much of what Dunjinni has for free. Or at the very least everything you've mentioned so far.

I use it from time to time, but most of our gaming is offline and currently we don't use maps much.
