Success!

Good work guys. That round definitely went better!

Do we want Sirene to continue in bear form until all the critters are dead? Or should she shift in order to rid Ulthok of his poison and to spread a bit of healing?

Good Job

Yes, things are going better now that we can indeed damage these things.

As to helping Ulthok, it will be hard as he is invisible and I dont see how we know he is in trouble. If he were visible, I would say that Sirene could probably return to form and help him and assist in some healing for those the worst off. But that is just my opinion.

Now I think we have brought them down to a manageable number we can gang up on them. I was thinking of using Kenji's large stride and hastened movement to bring him up behind the creatures and attack one from there. Any suggestions from anyone or orders from our leader?

...

I had overlooked the fact that Ulthok had gone invisible. I'll have Sirene stick to more beary goodness then.

damage

Is teh party HP status up to date? I would suggest that as long as those poisoned can remain alive another round we hold off on curing them. Otherwise we risk them being re-poisoned.

Oh Doo!

No the parties damage is not up to date, thanks Keeper for reminding me.

Also just for a moment lets return back to the issue of party leader. You realize Keeper that until you announce your not party leader in-game, your still party leader right.

Down but not out........

Oh sure, out sight.. out of mind..., .

I agree, let the bear and the giant ninja have at the remaining bugs. Ulthok can wait. Being at the top of stair, doubled over, he might catch a glimps of the glow down by the parties stuff.

Maybe Kenji can kick the the dead bug over Cor and set him free. Or maybe just pick it up and throw it at the other bugs.

I'm not sure what Ulthok can do if he does see the glow.

good going gang, we may servive yet.

Nope

Your not near enough to the stairs to see 'said' glow. Plus the cramping pain like symptoms are bad enough to give you minuse to any spell casting you attempt.

Are you not worried that the posion could kill you??

Also Character Damage has been updated.

Well I'll Think of Something....

If the poison over comes Ulthok, he still has his Amulet of Life Protection. But that's a last resort.

His best spells for this battle have been spent, so magic may be out too. Giving Kenji a boost was the best so far.

Got to think of something, "Great Googly Moogly"!

The glow

I dont think we need to worry about the glow; my bet is it is just the return of a recently departed member.

I agree that we should concentrate on ridding ourselves of the remaining ones. But I dont think Ulthok should let himself die; he should become visible and perhaps let his situation be known and then Sirene or someone with Poison neturalizing abilities take care of him. If he dies we will be down another member and we cant depend on the gods to bring them back all the time now can we?

Just my opinion.

Yep

I agree that we don't want out plucky halfling to bite the dust either. (If he dies while invisible, does his body remain invisible?)

But we should be able to go another round before anyone is in dire need of healing. And, hopefully, during that round we can knock off a couple more bugs.

Would he remain Inviso??

No once he died the link with the ring would be lost and his dead body would reappear as I understand the ring's description.
