Subject: hit a snag
My laptop has gone down bad the hard drive crashed and they say it is unfixable basically. So till I get a new one I am on my old laptop. It isnt the most reliable and it has issues with spelling and punctuation but it will work biggest issue was I had my character done and was putting alot of thought into the background way more thought then ever he was going to have a great back story for once but then this happens so now I have to start all over again I hope to be done by the time game starts next week might not be as great a background but I will have a char and a background. So basically having a fun week this week. lol

Your Ray is like brad from my group only is different then mine yours is only about 30mins late mine is useally 4 hours if he even shows up we useally just pretend his char was with us and that he was watching the horses or something while rest of us adventured. lol

Topic: When Bad Things Happen
Subject: I not sure what to say.
I have spent all day trying to come up with something to say it is hard when we lose someone and I came up with nothing that will really mean much. This loss effects us all and it hard to put into words how we feel sometimes since most of us consider innmates part of thier family and when they are hurting we are hurting when they lose someone we feel we have all lost someone. In this case it is really close to us with him being a innmate and one most of us know. I guess I am trying to say is it is srry and saddening that we all had to lose someone and have to feel the pain of that loss. That is about all I could come up with I knew Wyrm and had played in some of him games and had read some I might not have known as well as others but still feel the loss like most of us do.

Glad this happened at the start but I just got a new job after being unemployed for a while now and I wasn't expecting it. The scedule is a little messed up at the moment so nothing is working out right at the moment and I don't know how long it will last. I really wanted to play this but maybe once things are more in order and less chaotic again I am srry for withdrawing on you took me last to days to find time to type this with the ways things are at moment I am either sleeping or working. lol

Subject: most of us have been there
Have no fear this is the place to be we all know what it is like what ever things we like we here most of us anyway have all been sunned I think a time or 2 or maybe 8. Some have been shunned for obsession with undead (zombies, vampires, skeletons, etc.) some for obsession with superheros, some for obsession with comics or movies, some for obsession with fantasy worlds, etc. That is why this place exists so that we can find those we belong with instead of the people who think they are normal and have yet to realize they are one us. Think I went on a tangent again but oh well my point got accross. lol

Wulfagar assessed the man or kin that he saw before he was handsome to the point of outright be ridiculous. His strength wasn’t something to be taken lightly. He was older then Wulfagar but then a great many were. He seemed to be a fool or he was stupid to go out alone in this day and age with not a weapon in sight after all there were many killers about and even they could be killed by humans. Weapons in sight was a way of life it kept trouble away. Even Wulfagar hadn’t come to this place without at least his gladius on. He had heard the other day of people disappearing and that was never a good thing in a city this size since that would mean it was a lot of people. He wasn’t worried about the man for caring that was foolish he was concerned for the fact the man wanted to hire him and money wasn’t something he was in the mood to see slip away.
“Sit let us discuss it I might be up for hire and I might not depends on a few things we can have a drink of this poor excuse for a drink and discuss it and see if I am interested.”
He kept his sight on the man but made sure no one was in the way if it came to conflict. Not that he wanted conflict he was just cautious. He kept his hand within reach of his weapon incase also but not close enough that the man need fear.

Subject: Wulfagar enters at least I couldnt remember if we changed name or not but for now
Wulfagar had just returned from a nice small journey to a village not far away on behalf of a client who needed someone to scare some peasents who were holding out on their taxes. It had not even been worth it after all he had only had to burn a barn and they were more than willing to stop holding out on taxes. He hadn’t even meant to burn the barn. Who puts a lamp within the way of the door? He had just opened the door and it went up really easy.
He was on his way to a tavern he knew near the south side of the city where the ale wasn’t half as bad as the others and it was just as cheap for him since the owner didn’t mind having people like him around who didn’t have to do anything but be there and it kept the trouble down and when it did happen didn’t seem to have a problem getting people to take it outside or taking them outside and making sure they paid for any damages they caused so he could return to his peaceful table.
He had eaten a goat on the way to town since the roads had been to crowed for him to single out a real prey and the 3 times he had tried some group would wonder up and ruin it. So he had settled for a goat didn’t taste as good but no one complained about you chasing a goat most of time to work up your taste for it.
He had just reached the tavern and entered he waved to the owner and sat at his usual table in the back. He was thinking about how his table was leaning differently and how to wash goat out of his mouth with his eyes closed when he heard the door slam open and the sound of yelling. He wasn’t really concerned about it as long as they quieted down he was fine with it. That wasn’t to be since the noise seemed to be getting louder and he heard the sound of chairs moving and people getting heated up for a fight. Their blood beginning to pump loader and their hearts beginning to beat that much faster it made him forget the goat and grow more hungry it always did. He opened his eyes getting ready to get involved when he saw they were hurrying out the door for some reason.

I thought about posting that I was waiting for MDK's response but it would be really short and I didn't think worth it. I think my little group is all waiting on MDK. With MDK's player out still I think you might need to make a call and post action for him or we might be waiting. I don't want to see the game be over yet but it might be otherwise.

Lightning was thinking which was a issue in and of itself since it took him some time sometimes since he like to go over options. He wasn’t really thinking about the situation he would go with whatever everyone else decided including MDK. Who was what he was thinking about at the moment he was thinking about if MDK was a clone or maybe a robot but he had come up with the same answer to both those questions there hadn’t been time for them to do that to him so he must be real. Although the technology to do that in that amount of time made Lightning drool thinking about he didn't think things where there yet.
That brought up it’s own issues. If he was real then he was as screwed as them since they were all still alive. They had little ammo and not really any options to get any. There are AVs out in the yard just waiting to either save them or kill them. God only knows how many more people left in this compound. Lightning couldn’t help but be excited after all this was the best part of life.

Technically I have been waiting for you since I don't like to post to games with incomplete characters. It causes many issues you know for both players and GMs. You said something about getting back to me after exams and you were writing a paper at that time or something. I didn't have a problem with it so have been waiting. Was going to begin working on that character again this week since my basement is no longer flooded but saw this game and figured as far as this one went it sounded great but don't know the M&M rules that well so you would have to make most of char prob with little of my feedback or I would have to try to make and then have feedback from you. If want to keep me a maybe that is fine if someone better comes along that is ok also. Will start on that vampire character later today I think so if you could look for that last pm I am still waiting for some feedback on if you lost I will resend still have same questions I think.
