Just to be clear - Rya was only coming to the drop off, she was NOT be handed over, right?

Assuming this is true, Fixer would tell her to stay in the vehicle.  He would grab her arm if she had a weapon.  He doesn't want her out there to cause trouble. 

If she is supposed to go with to the meeting - in other words all the way to the drop off and meet the other guys, then he wouldn't stop her.  He would just warn the others of a weapon if he sees one.

I was under the impression that Rya was being handed over for how insistent she has been on coming with her son, she wouldn't want to be parted from Jase at the last moment like that. Sorry if that wasn't the plan/what Rya was about to do; I was aiming to get Bloodbank's actions with her out of the way so the scene could keep going and no backposting on my part would be warranted. I'll double check on NPC interactions with Brom going forwards.

CTP is correct. Rya will not be separated from Jase. I'll have a post up tomorrow. I've been without my home internet since Sunday and am getting a new internet service tomorrow.
