84% Geekish
Respectable, in some circles, but I actually thought I was more of a geek than that. But the Internet don't lie -- do it?

And the results from a different Cannibal Quiz:
50%: You are a cannibal! You might have known, you might not have known. You eat other humans at night when you are asleep. You might eat them during the day also. You most likely have no friends. Welcome to the club... Now, go back to the white padded room and talk to the voices.

Topic: You want to play a WHAT?!? (strange character ideas) Subject: U made me choke on my caramel!
I had to laugh, long and out loud, at the Giant Vampire Frog reference.
When I was just starting AD&D (1st ed., the hardbounds had just come out), a friend decided he wanted to play one of them as a character. The DM tried to discourage him, but he swore he could get away with playing the critter by making it a Giant Vampire Tree Frog.
DM said 'Okay, show me the sheet when you're done with it.'
Player said, 'No Way! You gotta create it for me! I don't know how to do that sort of stuff.'
The rest of us laughed so hard and so long that he quit the group.
I kinda feel bad now.
If he's reading this, I'm sorry I had to laugh. But it was kinda ridiculous ...

I kinda feel like I asked you to justify yourself, and that was not my intent. I still don't understand your reasoning, but I am not here for you to satisfy. It's your game, not mine.
Best I shut up. :-/

Topic: Forgotten Realms: Kaelyn Style~Recruitment Thread Subject: Okayyy ...
But what reasoning could you give for either one to choose to associate with beings that they would normally eat, or at least kill for the heck of it?
Or for them to eschew their racial alignment preference?
Not to mention the persecution either would face as a creature that most adventurers hunt down to eradicate. Well, except evil ones who want big, bad lackeys (in my own experience). Either one seems like a short-lived character, at best.
It is not my place to say yea or nay as to the acceptance of the character you want to play. I don't know you well enough to say you're wrong, and I don't have all the volumes you evidently have. The idea sounds challenging, but even I can't imagine how to make it work ...

Topic: Forgotten Realms: Kaelyn Style~Recruitment Thread Subject: May I ask a question?
By the number of posts, you can tell that I am new here. I am not in this game, although the premise sounds really good. While not new to gaming, I am new to this forum and format. I ask to learn about something I don't know or don't understand, and I don't understand this:
Hobgoblin, bugbear ... why the focus on evil types? I know the DM said any alignment. I have nothing against evil characters, but the DM has placed so many restrictions on an evil character that it would not make sense to me to play one.

Topic: She said...He said Subject: May I try? New here,.. Interesting format for practice...
----
A giant, once ...
Now he lies in such a fashion, such a condition, as to give no evidence of his former greatness. He who once needed only a simple, fleeting gaze at someone to instantly command silence and obedience or instill outright fear is now naught more than a soon-to-be-casualty of the recent battle, slowly losing warmth as he is slowly losing coherence.
Soundless, motionless he lies, only his face indicating the severity and ferocity of that which was done to him, that which was, and is, the cause of his now-imminent death. The experience also drove from him the very will to live, or even to heal, leaving only the uncaring acceptance of the coming oblivion.
