Miv

Miv couldn't move, letting the tiger pin her. Erina. No.

Miv struggled, trying to get to her.

Erina

Erina was in pain. 'I'm going to be a Lycan. I'm going to be like them.'

Erina went limp, just let go. Just let the venom keep pumping.

Attack

The Fallen moved first, a sudden dive that could only be interpreted as an attack. The Lycans responded in the only way they could, and launched themselves at their attacker, who was clearly overmatched and incapable of fighting off both at once. It was a foolish move, and unless the rest of the small group swiftly leapt to her defense, it would likely be her last. If they did, the lot of them would carry on as they were, insisting that they had been attacked and were only defending one of their own from the monsters.

Slowly, calmy, the enchantress walked to the fight, laying her palm upon the head of the wolf, subtly working her magics as she moved. "I thank you for your assistance, friend Lycan. I had my doubts that such a creature could be trusted, and you have done well to intervene on the behalf of poor travellers such as ourselves." As the wolf began to back away, Lamiel took hold of Erina's arm, pressing her fingers into the bite, regretting the necessity of it all. "And you, foul creature... betrayer of my trust, you shall come to repent of your wicked ways before the end." As her black eyes met those of the Fallen, different words sounded within Erina's mind, "They will kill you if they suspect. This will feel more real than it is."

Aloud, her voice echoed through the trees, as words of power flowed from her lips, and a wall of wind arose around them. "You will walk to your penance, and hope the magister shows mercy upon you for this transgression..." Lamiel's arm swept down, and in a flash of light, struck the wings from the Fallen Angel's shoulders. Through the pain, Lamiel's voice whispered in her mind again, "You must keep the vampires in check, or it will be war, and death will come to this place."

Erina

"NO! I won't...I-I won't..." Erina's head was spinning. Her wings...

Erina leaned her head back, staring into Lamiel's eyes. "I...can become...a vampire...if...I want..." Her breathing was unsteady.

Confused

Jessica wasn't understanding the angel at all. She didn't know what she was thinking. Erina looked like she was in pain. Jessica stepped in front of the lycans. The wolf knew her "Jessica the tratior? With vampires?" he asked. "I'm famous now? Who sent you?" Jessica asked. The tiger said "The leader of corse" The wolf glared at the tiger. Jessica laughed which to everyone sounded like a purr.

"You two better do what I say or else" Jessica threatened leaning her head to Lycan biter. "That vampire loves the taste of lycan blood" Both of the animals gulped and stared wided eyed at the masked vampire.

Erina

Erina looked at Rand too.

She wanted to die as soon as she did. Crawl under a rock and die. "D'Artigo..." She whispered. It sounded like a plea for help.

Uh-oh

Jessica wondered what Erina wanted. The tiger started to stalk towards Jessica. Jessica growled "Don't even think about it." The tiger sat back down.

Miv

'Lycan' 'No, just...' 'Lycan' Miv's mind was split into two: the aprt that said Lamiel was faking and the part that told ehr Erina was a Lycan.

'No... I just got you back Erina! How could you leave so soon?'

(These are thoguhts, not words.)

Jessica

Erina couldn't be a lycan. It wouldn't help the team. Erina would have a bad temper. Se have to feed a lot. Jessica was now furious at both her kin and the angel. She thought as hard as she could. Was there away to make Erina become a fallen angel again?

Erina

(If Erina can get some original blood back into her system, she can become a Fallen again. But unless one of the group members has a hobby of collecting people's blood, it's unlikely.)

Erina suddenly growled and bit, hard, into Lamiel. She jerked back and growled again, shifitng into an animal form.

A white wolf crocuhed where she had stood a second ago, growling. Her lips were pulled back from her fangs. Erina's fur was silky and long and suddenly she turned and took off into the woods.

What an interesting turn of events...

D'Artigo stared at the Lycans, purely for effect. They were male, or at least looked it, and therefore weren't on his list of attractive ones. However, Erina, not only losing her wings, but now becoming a Lycan... that was very interesting indeed. After watching her run off, he decided to step forward.

"Good good, very honourable lycans." He applauded them. "You preyed on an innocent girl without any provocation. What crime did she commit? None. Totally innocent. Innocent girls? A new low has been reached among you. Not even I am that bad. I prey on those who break the law, in one way or another." Shaking his head, he permits his fangs to scrape across his mask, slowly and loudly. His eyes turn red to accompany the fangs. "You should go after her if you even have a shred of decency in you. Those who are converted often have a difficult time going through the transitions. Without one of their own, she could go mad, and a bloodfest. I'm slightly peckish as well. You go after her to help her cope. Or I'm going after you to feed."

Erina

Erina was far away before she stopped and huddled in the shadows.

'Bad.' She raised her head. 'Was I ever truly good?' It didn't matter.

The body was so unfamiliar, but Erina was at peace. She realized how animals had more check over their emotions. She laid her head down on her paws, blinking. 'Will I ever be able to go back?'

Miv

The two Lycans looked at each otehr before running in the direction Erina had.

Miv was frozen in place. "Erina..." She gasped and then tears started falling. Miv started sobbing, hiding her face with her hands.

"She-she... THIS IS YOUR FAULT!" Miv yelled at D'Artigo. "WHY DIDN'T YOU HELP HER?"

Erina

Erina tensed when she saw the Lycans. She dudn't want them: she wanted one of her friends. Like Miv or Jessica. Or Rand...

She growled at them, her fur bristling.

Hmph.

D'Artigo watched the Lycans run off. Good. Looking at Miv, a lazy glance in his eye, he replies with a laid back tone, though a bit of a bite can be heard within it.

"My fault? Why didn't I help her? I do believe it had something to do with... what did you four say again? Me being self centered? Me being selfish? Even though I protested, you wouldn't change your mind. Do you believe now that I don't always look out for myself?"

"She's fine by the way. No mortal wounds to speak of. I'm more worried about the village nearby. If Lycan conversion is anything like our own, then she could cause serious damage before she gains control of her instincts. I've never witnessed a Lycan conversion myself, but I know the repercussions of a Vampire spawning. Especially if the sire isn't there to help them."

Gauging the time of day in relation to the sun, he says. "Speaking of which, we better hurry to the village. A vampire should be waking soon... and I don't want to leave her alone to wreak havoc."
