Topic: The Chakran Portal - an Audalis Adventure
Subject: lo lo loda

I finally made a character description for Loda. Hope it's alright.

I just added it under my character sheet, on page one of this thread.

so we need to answer these:

Alacrity's song:
Jack -- relax.
Get busy with the facts.
No zodiacs or almanacs,
No maniacs in polyester slacks.
Just the facts.
Gonna kick some gluteus max.

Lyskhala's song:
They say that legends are born not made,
heroes are those who don't expect pay
shadows are carved of contrasting light
one man's wrong is another man's right

Tann'Talas' song:
Religion and Sex are power plays Manipulate the people for the money they pay selling skin, selling God the numbers look the same on their credit cards
Politicians say no to drugs while we pay for wars in South America.
Fighting fire with empty words, while the banks get fat, the poor stay poor and the rich get rich, and the cops get paid to look away as the one percent rules America...

Fantasy's song:
So they sat down and made a drawing of their love, an art to live by.
They painted every passion, every home, created every beautiful child.
In the winter they were weavers of warmth, in summer they were carpenters of love.
They thought blue prints were too sad, so they made them yellow.
'Cause they were painters and they were painting themselves...A lovely world.

haha, actually, i know some history on the fork usage...but i would probably say it wrong or something, knowing me. And well...knowing the source i got it from (crazy big man who taught me World geography, who had a mustache as long as your hand, and who denied being married to his wife, the spanish teacher, and who also taught us that it's good for a woman to shave her face to get rid of dead skin).

but i'm pretty sure he was right despite the mario bros. mustache.

Ummm..and my sign:
-Pisces (the fishes)
Yes, it is me very well. Description:

PISCES: Your personality is a combination of all the zodiac signs . You may be a musically or artisticly gifted person, and creativeness is inherent in you. You are a great empathiser, always knowing how someone else is feeling. That makes a good councellor and a sensitive lover from you. Occasionally you enjoy solitude and like to get away from everyone and stay alone in order to regain your senses. The Pisces are pioneers both in thought and action, very open to new ideas and a lover of freedom. These people possess a curiously natural understanding, which they do not obtain from books or study. They easily acquire, or rather absorb, knowledge, especially of the history of countries, travel, research, and like subject. These people are also more mentally ambitious than otherwise. They may know their subject well in their mind, but they will hesitate and undervalue their own individuality if they find they have to put it to a test in any public manner.

They are inclined to brood and become melancholy, or to imagine all the world is against them and that they are being made martyrs of. Depression gets them. Because they see life as a mystical whole, they take it as a sign that they're bad people when things go wrong. No other zodiac sign plans the evening on the basis of a reading from a fortune cookie.

Many artists, musicians and literary people are born in this period, but they must receive great encouragement to ever make the best of themselves.

It's all Sooo me.

Favorite Sleeping position:
I'm a mix between a freefall and a starfish usually.

Favorite Holiday
I'll pass on that one....i don't know anymore. Maybe halloween just because i like the cool weather.

Subject: woops, that was me

that was me, Fantasy. I was logged in as Almerin on accident.

i repeat then:

the teflon is only teflon on one side i suppose.

As for Drakar's planet question..well umm...you should read up on that.

animals' voice boxes (or whatever) are only capable of making certain noises, typically. Made that way. I'm sure we can look it up and find a specific answer for that one.

I dunno...those are my answers.
and now a question:

Why doesn't America start using round-a-bouts more often, like europe (specifically Holland). They're quite useful and much less traffic jamming!!

Character Description

Loda. A Khord who was once a natural, beautiful druid, who drank herself away into a world of butch-woman ways, fighting, drinking, hair, and big bellies. It was pretty much destined for her…in her genes (*whispers* the mother, you know). She doesn’t remember much of her past anymore. The only thing in her life that she has to remember by is her wolf, Gothard. Black as night on the top, gray as rain on the bottom. A lover, but just as tipsy as Loda at times. She loves him, so she shares her beer with him.

Loda is a rather large dwarven female, weighing in at 180 pounds, and a great 50 pounds of that comes from her big old, bushy, untamed hair (she mostly keeps that in something of a dreadlock/braid ordeal). She makes beer! Has her own little brewing pot, even. So when a long, cold night is upon you, Loda is a great companion to have around. She wears big and soft, comfortable green pants, and black studded leather tops. Sleeveless. She still, however, hits on men…of all races. She’s quite easy in fact. So don’t let the manly appearance fool you, she’s all woman, inside and well...inside.
Although she’s a bit rough around the edges, Loda is still a careful, and even graceful druid. Just not quite as she once was. But hey, she's still all there! for now anyway.

I'd like to play. I don't know what race/character i want to be yet. I think either a human or a female dwarve (as hairy as possible, )....

You're an excellent story-teller, so i'm curious how this will be. :]

Reply to Avrielle: "Parents Just don't Understand"...? or whatever the title is specifically.
By Will Smith.

((hey Valimar, Almerin did mention the name of the metal band Dethklok, he just wrote it as the subject line, so it was looked over.))

New Song: and no cheating. I know some of you can get this without cheating!! I know Alacrity can anyway, .
