Olan's thoughts for this strip:
Chapter two is developing into a lot of fun for me - I hope that it's the same for you guys.

Love the design than Brittany came up with for Tim's shirt.

Also, it might be wiser for Ray to hold the insults until AFTER the adventure...

Brittany's thoughts for this strip:
Before ANY of you can comment on the HORRIBLE work that is those arrows, I tell you now, I know absolutely nothing about the things. xD That is as good as they're going to get, and they should feel lucky that they even exist. I almost disregarded them completely, making them fall off a cliff and get crushed to splinters by a boulder. So THERE. I have that kind of power, I create their world! Mwahahaha ha ha ha... *ahem* ANYway, yup. Here ya go. Also, I feel for Steve, they shouldn't be picking on him like that, the games we write are near and dear to our hearts. =(

Script for this strip:
Steve (narrator): "The journey towards the town is interrupted by the site of a thin column of smoke rising from the trees in front of the party. The smoke is too dark - and too abundant - to have been caused by a campfire."

Tim: "Isn't that the same shirt that you wore last time?"
Steve: "What? Yes."

Ray: "It's his lucky DM shirt. Or something."

Amy: "Never mind. Steve, so you *are* railroading us again?"

Steve: "If you want to call it that."
Tim: "How come?"

Steve: "Two reasons. Number one, experience says that if I don't provide some direction, we're all at the mercy of Yippy and Skippy over there."

Brad: "Hey!"

Steve: "Number two, while I like to freestyle - and expect to have to make some things up on the spot - I put a lot of hours into my adventures. I'd like to see them played."

Ray: "So many hours that he can't remember to change shirts!"

Steve: "That reminds me... these guys should get a +5 to melee damage, not a +1. Silly me."

Rich: "Ray, shut up already!"
