"Of Bravado and Stupidity..."

I don't know if this falls under "I was just playing my character" or "What the heck was I thinking?"

Probably both.

Olan's thoughts for this strip:
Here we are, creeping ever closer to the finale of the current story arc. Will the party survive? Will they vanquish Steve's big bad guy? Will they all get picked off, one by one, in a slow, excruciating TPK?

If they keep making these sorts of decisions, option #3 seems like a likely outcome.

Regardless, stay tuned! You're at least guaranteed to be treated to some great art.

In other news, we've passed the 1k regular reader mark and are continuing to climb. Thanks for the support!

Script for this strip:
Steve (narrator): "Later on, as Aranion stands watch, a heavy tread is heard on the floor outside the chapel."

Tim: "Zombies shuffle. Skeletons... clack?"
Rich: "Yep, this will be the big bad guy again."

Brad: "About time! I draw my blade and wake up the rest of the party."

Steve: "It will take everyone a couple of rounds to get up and ready."

Brad: "He could get away by then! Aranion will run towards the footsteps."

Amy: "You need to wait for backup, mister hero."

Ray: "Don't you remember what that guy did to Faustus?"

Brad: "Yeah, but Aranion's not as big of a sissy."

Steve (narrator): "The bladesinger charges, alone, into the darkness."
