Anywho, Tann spends so much time here because frankly, we've been holding him hostage with overwhelming warefare in the form of creativity, friendship, and just plain cool-factor

Welcome from me too as one "mature woman to another. Oko's mom, Oko being another player on this site, has started lurking too and Oko is trying to get her to try a game. you are not alone.

Tann'Talas is a really good Games Master and player. GM's are the people run a game and whose creative genius allows the rest of us to have lots of fun in whatever world they create.

I play in his game Trilogy War and with him, until school got so tough in four other games, at least. Two of those he dropped due to school pressures. He is a responsible guy and knows how to balance fun with real like.

For many of us this is a place for creative outlet. Unlike a video game you can't replay it and what happens is what happens. But we know it is fantasy and fun.

Red Dragon Inn members span the globe perhaps on every continent Though I am not sure about members in Africa or Asia. I know there are players in Canada, several countries in Europe, in Australia, and all over the USA.

Anyway I think it is supper that you are looking into what he enjoys doing so much.

And here I thought Tann just crawled from under a stone somewhere

But seriously, though, it is always entertaining when some family member is dragged to the Inn.

Why Tann hangs around here so much is unfortunately something I can't answer, so I'm going to have to guess that Kaelyn is closest to being right.

I somehow get the feeling that you know a thing or two about roleplaying, and perhaps you even have some experience, but even if you don't you can find that the Inn is a decent and enjoying enviroment for creative minds.

Wow this is great Hello Tanns or Al's mom my name is Mark I also spend a lot of time here at the Inn and actually is where and how I know Al. He actually got to know my daughter first on the Inn and it was she who introduced me to Al and even though we have never met I consider him one of my good friends. I understand that you met my wife a while ago when she was visiting Texas. I am Alacrity, a good friend of Tann and i believe the reasons for him coming to the inn are apparent. It is a great community, with good people sharing a common love of gaming and role-playing.

A huge hello from Tann's friend. *hugs* I think I've said hi to you before, I have Al on my yahoo messenger list. He's usually on about me not posting enough in our games together.

I'm glad to see you on here, and yes he's here as a hostage, not by his own free will, he gets an incredible amount of unbearable pain if he doesn't sign in at least once a day. It is the curse of the inn.

Either way, welcome fellow Inn mate Mrs B, you are always welcome here. If you enjoy writing, you will absolutely love this site.

OK I never thought Mom would actually post on the inn, even after she asked me to sign her up. I thought she was doing it on a lark to mess with me as she really knows nothing about gaming other then what I have told her.

Hmmm she changed he name too........... I thought she liked Parasite Eve .
