You're supposed to tell him it's from Grugg, that way if he thumps anyone in retaliation, it's Grugg, not you.

I think if he came all the way up here to thump me, I'd probably just accept it. That would take some effort.

...but I wouldn't put it past him. He's been saving it up for quite some time, I'm sure, same as the rest of us, and it's only matter of time before some Innmate or another shows up at your door for some overdue violence followed by a light lunch, a zombie flick, a few drinks, and an all-night game.
