Mebe the internet is slow. Whatever shall we do!

I didn't mean slow, as in, the site is functioning poorly - I meant slow, as in, there are tumbleweeds blowing through here.

Everyone is working two jobs, and/or is too afraid of getting fired to get on here while at work...

Its been slow for the last few months...extended Christmas hangovers?

I personally haven't noticed any slowness in the past few months. In fact, I believe the Inn has been more active than during some periods.

But if you prefer I join in on the ranting, I blame the economy.

Inn activity is directly proportional to webmaster activity

But I think things have been getting better lately actually. I've joined two new games and we just had a new member get 5 players for his new one.

Here, here. I am still waiting fo find out if we are going to finish up Olan's two games or have them put on hiatus. Olan?

Though, I do know that with YeOlde being absentee since the winter holidays and the disappearance of Philsopher again unexplainable those MIA's have it several active games each.

Of course I am still here and active but them I am retired and fortunately my retirement funds are safe from the economic woes.

I also think the economic woes is a problem for many.

I'm waiting on players in my games and I know they are out there somewhere.

The Staff could go for a billion dollar retreat.

I've noticed that what Admiral says is largely true. If I'm not active, the site's activity drops.

Which is curious to me... I'm personally involved in very few games and such.

It's because we love you so much. If your not around we just sit here and cry, but when you show up we glow in your presence...

Eol (Robert) is scheduled for surgery in Early Feb and will be out for a bit. He was hoping to be back by mid feb, but I would think late Feb, early March would be more likely.

Just got an email from him. Surgery went well, he's feeling better. Hope to see his mug around here soon.
