When it comes to character sheets, everyone has their own way of doing it.

Some like paper because it's easy to follow and attractive to look at.

Some like excel sheets because they auto-fill.

In the case of me and my friends, we use the adobe auto-fill sheets, giving us the best of both worlds.

In every case, however, there is a down-side. The last product being the best of most worlds, with the down-side of resource hogging and requiring adobe professional, a very expensive program.

I used them for a bit and thought "hey, I'm a coder, why don't I try to make something worthwhile." I've built excel sheets in the past, but they're so hard to read compared to a neat paper sheet.

So I built this. Tell me what you think.

Looks kinda..awkward? I an't explain it too well since I'm new to 3.5.

First of all, congratulations for tricking me into posting to someone else's thread for the first time in couple of months. For that, I will Applaud thee.

Too business. At a glance, I like it. After a closer look, I found a problem with using it: If I intend to print out the sheet, it won't come out as cleaned and nifty as a good charactersheet should. In fact, it will come out all messed up.

By "all messed up" I am referring to the fact that the Skills will carry on to page 2, which will send most of the sheet out of alignment.

Other than that, this is pretty cool

I'm working on the skills. They are the only alignment issue I have found. From the sounds of it, you found the same thing. This is good news to me. Thanks for the heads up.

I find it absolutely hilarious that it links to an adult content warning. I have no idea why.

Also, when you get that skills alignment issue fixed...I believe I will use this.

Get your alignment issue fixed, and it will be cool. If you like, we can host it in the Vault (though I'm happy to just link to it).

I'd be honored that you'd even link to it. Linking would be better because it will stay up to date as I modify the sheet. At the moment I plan to add a bit more functionality and a dice roller. Other ideas I'm leaving to the innmates.

I'm with pretty much everyone else. Looks nifty (bar the alignment bug).
