New SAGA Talent

I've recently come up with an idea for a new talent in SW SAGA edition; it's a Scoundrel talent for the Fortune Talent Tree

Card Counting : Whenever you gamble you can chose to make a perception check in place of a wisdom check to determine the outcome of any card game or hand. You may not take 10 or 20 on this check. In addition you must make a stealth check setting the DC of any perception check made by your opponents to conceal the fact that you are actively counting cards. If an opponents perception check equals or exceeds your stealth check you are found out and forfeit any and all winnings, your state, are expelled from the game/gaming establishment and forced to pay a fine set at the GMs digression
Prerequisite : Gambler, Trained in Stealth and Perception.

Any way, all comment/criticisms are welcome. I've tried to get the text as clear as I can but personally I think it could do with some worth so if you could help with that as well.
