Still looking for a game

As the title says I am still looking for a game to RP in.

I prefer a free form game, but will consider something that is 'rules lite' if there is an opening. I wont mind taking over a character that has been dropped.

If you need to see my writings to consider me, you can check out the Bleeding Lute thread or my solo postings in the Dynasty of Evil.

Thank you!

Jack

Well...

... I know that Loki is recruiting for The Warlock of Firetop Mountain... It's rules based, but if I know Loki in the least little bit, it'll most likely have a freeform feel and you probably won't notice the rules too much.

Also, Darren has a game in the works called Footprints: Corruption in Tithuana that looks interesting and, if I've read everything correctly, so far, "rules lite."

I'm sure there are others looking for players but those two are freshest in my mind ATM. Check out the recruitments for these two... shoot a PM to the GMs if you've got any questions... and see if there might not be a fit.

Of course, if nothing else, you could always start one of your own... the way you write, I'm sure that you could head up a pretty spectacular freeform romp of your own.

Best of luck,
Eol

well

A lot of free form games don't post open recruiting, you just sort of jump in. Typically a PM to whoever started it is good form, but a lot of times the first post will say to just start playing.

Eol posted some good links too! You'll find something. If nothing else I'm enjoying Dynasty

Yer, rules are meant to be bent and/or broken. And they should work in the background anyway.
I need one more player and for my other interested player to submit a character.

Yup

Rules light is how I'd describe it. And you wouldn't need to know the few that there are, as I deal with that.

Anyways, hope to RP with you sometime soon.

Hmmm

Well I have looked at those two recruitment threads and no offense Loki but all the talk of rules scares this rules RP novice The adventure sounds great but all the rules regarding character generation alone cause my head to spin.

I checked out the Tithuana thread and it does seem character generation is easier and I like the fact that there are Monks maybe. I will be contacting you Darren via PM to discuss it more.
