Good to see a new face!

Pleased to meet you, and welcome to the Inn! I'm still rather new here myself, and had no roleplaying experience outside of a bit of tabletop Dungeons and Dragons.

Don't hesitate to ask questions, of course, I can safely speak for the vast majority on here to say that we're happy to help!

Don't forget that there's a lot to do and see on the orums even outside of the roleplaying games. Posting games, light chats...

Err...I'm rambling again. I do that. Moving on, though, hold onto this. You may or may not need it soon. ^^' (Hands you a white towel)

Newbies Ahoy!

Wow, an ULTIMATE Newbie *tail wags!* Haven't seen one of those in some time!

Welcome, fair Princess of the Elves to our humble corner of the digital realms! Yup, Chessic and Celtia pretty much nailed it--we are a warm, fuzzy and helpful bunch here so ask away without fear of getting a churlish chuckle in response. Shoot, we were ALL Newbies once. In point of fact, why don't I go ahead and point ya towards the "So You're New Here" sticky near the top of the Comings and Goings forum, perhaps that will answer many of your questions off the bat.

So good to have you here! Enjoy your visit and tell yer friends about us!

Ah, almost forgot something *presents bouquet of fresh wildflowers* for milady! Normally this is where I'd also offer a stein of spiced mead, but with you being an Elvish Princess, mayhaps Celtia can find something more pleasing to your refined palate. I really hope you get to use that towel sooner rather than later (where IS that lovable maniac Eol, anyway?)

Welcome Waggin'

Just noticed the crowd...

Pardon me m'lady, caught up in another bardic song you see...

Welcome to he inn, I can assure you that everyone is more than happy to have you here. Having wandered in recently myself I can safely say they are fun and helpful bunch. Oh, and do have this *hands you a wine list*, fine selection there but do give that back to Celtia when you get to know them... got a tad distracted you see.

Explore the site and I'm sure you'll find both informative articles and fun activities. Plus we're all ready to answer any questions.

.... but uh... and I'm surprised no one mentioned this considering all the warnings I got... do beware of the Grugg. I think you'll be okay for the first few days though.

Ah, but look at me ramble on. Come, enjoy the music, have a round and settle yourself in.

You're only "New" once!

Hellooooooooooo.....Thought I'd better pop in here and add the Ody welcome.

If you get pop into the DragonChat chat room (be sure your popup blocker is off, that sometimes causes issues, sorry) where I'm acting as current resident bar tender. We offer our very own "Good Old Froth-n-Slosh", a stale pale ale with the foam on the bottom.
Just grab a mug off the mantel and draw a cold frosty one.

My assistant Igor is usually lurking around if I'm not there. I'll have him put out a plate of "Lady Fingers" in your honor, but you may want to trim the nails, he sometimes forget to do that.

Igor never says anything, must have something to with having his tongue cut out by his last boss, that nasty bar tender over at the Orc Bar & Grill.

That reminds me we need to have another "Ladies Night" and restock.

Anyway the Posting Games are great place to get to know folks and of course the DragonChat is our favorite lounge.

So pop in, lurk or play, welcome to the Inn!

Well wow. I didn't know quite what to expect when I posted that but I am quite pleasantly surprised at the welcomes! Thanks everyone for your advice and for your offers of beverages. If nothing else I will at least be well hydrated at this inn

Hmmm...

(Checks my pockets) I was wondering where I left that Wine List....Ah well, do feel free to keep it. This inn has an excellent selection I assure you, and I have a stack of them.

I am rather surprised the towel has not become necessary myself. While I'm posting again, allow me to welcome you yet again. ^^'

Welcome to the Inn!

Well I can help with any Questions dealing with DND 3.0 and 3.5 edition rules and Pathfinder. If you are into creative writing, you are perfect for this site!

Get started in the Posting games. They're fun, thought provoking, and just a plain great way to get involved with the inn.

Welcome fellow Inn-Mate! Hope to chat with you in my "Lair" or in Odyson's Froth-N-Slosh Tavern in the chat room.

Oh, you'll be hydrated all right!

That's my specialty, after all!

I suppose the Ultimate Newbie deserves the Ultimate Facelick in all actuallity... I'm just not sure that there's a true difference between an ultimate facelick and a normal one... ... I mean... Just look at the way your face is shining, now! Does it get much better?

Welcome aboard, Princess. So very glad to have you in our fold!
