You try to tell me it's broken but i can see its clearly working,
I'm deaf not blind, don't have enough reasons to unwind,
And can't say it right most of the time
but I know how to sift through the grime
from all the bulls*** that doesn't even rhyme,
all the lies and espionage after I gave you food and lodge.
Don't even know why i tried so hard
just to be someone to discard,
turned on so quick my brain's jarred,
Mind is wayward, approaching the cord and pulled
but its in again and I wont be twice fooled.

...kind of "spoken word-ish"...

Mind if I ask about the inspiration behind this one?

actually the friends i have are from dallas and sometimes we sit down with instrumentals and flo, this is one of mine that was on the spot, i liked it and wrote it down
