3.5 Chariot Rules?

Is Charioteering a skill in 3.5 or do you need a feat to be proficient in it?

Sounds to me like a 60 or 120 ft per round vehicle plus handle animal. But I'm just thinking from the movie theater seat, can't look it up atm.

They are listed in the Arms and Equipment guide under land vehicles. Don't have access atm to give numbers but should be findable.

Though I have to wonder about who wrote the rules about the vehicles.
A Single chariot is the same weight as a wagon, and a double chariot is 200lbs heavier.
