I was active on this site about 3 1/2 years ago when family matters forced me to suspend my involvement. But circumstances change and I am now looking to get back in to the game.

In the past I have been primarily a D&D sort of guy, so that would be my likely focus. However, I've tried a few other things as well and would be willing to try other options. I like writing and in the past I think I can say I posted regularly and with well written posts. I'd have to go back and find the threads to get the right game titles, but can do so if you want to see my past posts, but I'd be happy to do so. I've never dropped out on a game - even when things happened a few years ago I stayed in the game until the game stopped. So if I join your game you can count on my staying in your game.

So anyone looking for an active member for their game?

Nomad D2 is an old friend from the Inn in some of the Adventures that I used to DM and we may have played in another adventure together as PC Characters!

Actually, we both were introduced to the Inn and joined the Inn at the same time with a group that started an Adventure ... which ended up fizzling ... but Nomad D2 and I continued playing here at the Inn in other adventures!

His writing and consistency in Posting will certainly add a Positive Result to any group of Players and Adventures!

I just restarted my "Hidden Evil" game (D&D, 2nd edition w/houserules), and all of my old players, save one, have rejoined.

That one is MIA from the Inn. I don't want to give away his spot, as he did a great job, but if we get consistently going for, say, 2-3 more weeks and he doesn't respond, I'll need a player to take up his character.

So... I can't guarantee a spot (we have 7 PCs, which is plenty to juggle), but I can give you a standby spot, with the possibility to play with us, if you like.

Put me on standby. In 2-3 weeks you may find your lost player and I may have found other options, but if not, it sounds like a good game with committed players.

Done and done.

I remember we were writing together in Alacrity's "Escape From Castle Rautenberg." It was a good a story, but sad when YeOlde pasted. He's been missed.

I'm sure you will find something and who knows it may be one I'm in and we can game together again.

Indeed I was in the Rautenburg game. It was fun, and the only non-D&D game I've done. It was sad to lose a member of the community.

I know there are a few games starting up- perhaps you could speak with Kamina, as we are having the very issue of a player being MIA for the past month or so in our current Pathfinder game. We would be glad to have you on board if you're interested!

I was able to join two games.
One is going very well, and apparently has been for 10 years. A great chance to join a long running game. The second I am hoping keeps going as I have developed a character I really like, but seems to be slow to get moving. Here's hoping . . .

But I am interested in another game - especially now that character development in the others has been done for a bit. I didn't want to do that part of things in more than 2 games at once. But I am now looking for another game. Anyone needs someone? I promise to be a very active poster and stick things out.

I am looking to start up the Rautenberg campaign again as team of soldiers specialized in dealing with occult and supernatural threats from the nazis. You would be most welcome there.
