Ok seeing as how the Inn is a fantasy site and Game of Thrones is a highly fantasy show, and season 8, the final season, starts tommorow night I thought I put up a discussion thread. So feel free to discuss anything Throne related just 1 rule anything from a new episode can’t be posted until the Weds after the newest episode. That gives anyone who DVR’d it time to watch it.

I myself don’t know much on the new season, though I am bing watching the last 7, but I do know that episodes 1-2 are under an hour and that episode 3 is 90mins long and will be totally focused on the Battle of Winterfell vs the Night King. The other 3 episodes are also over an hr long but I do not know how long wise.

I'm curious as to how jon's going to react when Sam tells him he (Jon) is the rightful heir to the Iron Throne and that Danearys is Jon's sister.

Wait, if Denearys is Jon's sister and Jon is the future king, then wouldn't that make her the princess?

She is his aunt so Jon is her Nephew, not her brother, as he is the son of her older brother Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark. So Jon being the son of her older brother is the rightful King by lineage

His aunt? But she looks a similar age to Jon. She doesn't look older.

I stopped watching around season 6... Martin needs to finish the damn books before I pick up on the show, again.

Man what a really good start to the last 6 episodes. So I guess other then Dragon-soul and Grugg I'm the only one who likes GoT. Hmmm thought there would be more like us.

Oh no! I  me some GoT! That said, though, I was reading the books loooooong before the HBO series was ever a thing and, as such, have been waiting for the last book or tow for as long or longer as the show has been airing. I want the BOOK version of the end before I get the TV version.

There was a scene in the season 8 trailer where she is running down a hallway seemingly scared s***less so could be my old friend

I always miss when my bad ass Bri Bri doesn't get much to do but yes! Haha also that's understandable considering all of the reunions that had to take place.

There's a lot going on now and lots of fodder for us theorists to munch on, so I'm pretty excited for this 6 episode season!
