This game is just what it sounds like! Post two true statements about yourself - as well as one lie.

The next poster will attempt to guess which is a lie, and will post their own truths and a lie.

I'll start us off.



Statement #1: I always knew that I would work in computers.

Statement #2: I once played the role of Ebenezer Scrooge in A Christmas Carol.

Statement #3: My personal experience with the IRS has been quite pleasant, overall.

I'm guessing that your IRS statement is the lie. Can't imagine anyone having a pleasant experience with the IRS

My statements, perhaps a bit easier:
#1: My spent most of my time thinking about roleplay
#2: I live in Kentucky.
#3: My girlfriend lives with me.

Actually, the only interaction I have ever had with the IRS (besides yearly paying of taxes, of course), was a time they said I owed extra taxes.

I did not, and knew this - at the time, I received a car allowance as well as a wage (I had to drive my own car every day). They explained to me exactly how to document things, and it worked right.

Would seem fitting that a webmaster did nto always want to work with computers so I guess #1 is a lie.

1. I have traveled to over 20 countries.

2. I play several musical instruments.

3. I enjoy needlepoint and knitting.

I'm going to figure that since musicians travel, and none that I know (and I know more than a few) knit, I'm going to say #3.

Here's mine, a bit academic:

1) I have twice flunked a major exam
2) I have twice scored the highest grade on a major exam
3) I played bagpipes for my school's band competition during the Scottish medley

I will guess that number 2 is a lie because you have probably had the highest exam grade on numerous occasions and not just two

#1 I speak 4 Languages at least conversationally
#2 I was on the development team for Red Hat Linux
#3 My wife is pregnant again

Well since everyone who is on the Inn is getting pregnant lately, I will say it is probably #1 that is the lie.


For those who know me and those who do not.

1) In real life, I am extremely quiet.
2) I have a thing for tall skinny women.
3) I like to portray myself as a tough guy, but really I'm just a soft teddy bear of a guy.

I just dont think you are quiet in RL.

1. I failed my way through high school and every year left that years homework completed in my locker.
2. I spend alot of time thinking up things to try to roleplay.
3. My shoe size is 13.

This is someone taking a second stab at Olan's deal...My guess is #2 is a lie.

I think:
#2 is a lie for Alac, and
#1 is a lie for Drakar.

#2. I graduated from college
#3. Business was my major in college

Actually you're wrong. Number 3 is the lie. I played the bagpipe solo... but it was on an Oboe

Actually .. my wife is not pregnant again .. not yet anyways .. but probably sometime soon.

I speak English, Spanish, Swahili and Sign Language (yes it counts)

#1 was true I wanted to learn more so wanted to be held back but I cant seem to not do homework so I would just not turn it in. They countered it by grading it all at reduced grades and making me pass when they found it.

Alacrity is most definitely lying on #3 as least as much as I think I know him and that he mentioned his thing for skinny tall ladies while we were all in MD.

Now as for me here goes…

1) I and my best friend once partied backstage with Lita Ford and she took us with her to her next show before flying us back home.

2) During Junior High at the Prom I dressed up in full custom as a girl to go there with my best friend as his date.

3) I and my best friend once stole a car and drove it 300 miles to go see a Heavy Metal concert.

Then that means for your Truth or Lie I am wrong .
My 2nd guess would have been the size 13's but ya never know.
