I've sent him a PM, if he's not posted by tomorrow I'm updating regardless. Really didn't want to do it but it's not fair to the rest of ya.

Just fair warning, this update is giving me a bit of trouble. A bout of writer's block followed by realising I missed something that completely changes the first flow of the period is causing a bit of revision. Update might get pushed until tomorrow. Sorry.

Sorry about the delays, started a new job, fell in love, got married, three kids, went on a honeymoon, got promoted, went on vacation, got demoted, got a divorce, gain and lost custody and threw myself off a bridge. At this rate I'll be ready to get this update up on...Friday.

Three days inconvenience in an apparent suicide, not bad if I do say so myself. Sorry for the delays again.
