She took a swig out of the bottle and watched the spat like a tennis match.

"Well, fine, if your going to be like that, I'll take all my sense and leave. I'll be damned more than I already am if I ever do anything to help you again..."

He threw on his armor as he spoke, mumbling all sorts of things under his breath. He was already sick of her.

His wings shot out of his back, and he kicked off, taking all of his belongings with him.

Artura blinked. She hadn;t meant it, but...

"Oh well, see if I give a damn." She turned to her tent and dashed inside, shutting the flap behind her. She wanted to be alone.

He flew as fast as he could, over hills and mountaisn and valleys. Soon he saw what he looking for. The city he'd used to live in. The largest city in the Southern Exapnse and the Great East Weald. He touched down outside the entrance and bursted through the gates, not even bothering to hide his wings.

A guard dropped to his knees.

"My lord...you're back so soon..."

He scoffed at the man.

"Enough groveling, where is my father?" He was furious, and he knew just the person he could take it out on.

Rajani simply sat there, stunned at the suddenness of her solitude, and took another swig.

Artura could just hear what her father would say.

"Awww, little one, the only true lover you've ever had, you have driven away!"

She frowned.

"FAAAAATHHHHEERRR!" His yell was deep, fierce, and violent. A tiny man with greying hair came scuttling around the corner and dropped to his knees at his feet. He kicked the old man over with his boots roughly, staring down on him in anger.

"Why have my chambers not been prepared..." He was fuming.

"I'm...so sorry son...I mean Lord Roy...yes, Lord Roy...but you promised us you would not return for some time, and we did not have any reason to-"

Roy pushed him across the floor with a blow of his foot, and the old man recoiled.

"I did not ask for excuses! I want the name of the servant who was in charge of keeping my quarters prepared!"

His father hesitated.

"NOW!"

"It was Malcebus...your good friend Malcebus..." His father looked at him with pleading in his eyes.

"Bring him to me" he said, drawing his sword.

Artura reached out to find Roy's mind. She brushed hers against his, whispering...

'Roy, what are you doing?'

He felt her. He let her stay in his mind, if she wanted to be present for this, then so be it.

"Did you not hear, or are you deaf you fool, I said ON YOUR KNEES!"

Malcebus looked grey. He was terrified, afraid for his very life. "But...Roy, you and I...were such friends..."

"DOWN! BOW BEFORE YOUR KING!"

He fell down onto his knees.

"Why were my chambers not clean!" He spurted at him, rasing his sword slightly.

"I...I..."


Roy lifted Malcebus' chin with the flat of his blade forecefully. "Look at your king when you speak to him...why were they not clean?"

"I did not know...please...you said you were going to be away for some time...I...I'm so sorry."

Roy smiled, and for a moment, Malcebus looked relived.

"You must still pay a fine..." Roy looked at him sternly.

"Of course my lord...what amount of gold will it take?"

Roy shook his head slwoly... "No gold...your life will suffice..." with that he shoved his sword through the spine of Malcebus, and his friend fell dead to the floor.

"LEAVE ME! And take this disgusting corspe from my sight!"

He moved over to his gilded throne and sat down, rubbing his temples. His anger was still raging.

'Damn, you're as psycho as my father.'

But for some weird reason, that turned her on. Artura cursed quietley.

'You leave me as well...you have no business in my personal life.'

He turned toward his father, who was slinking out of the room. The white marble floor was stained with black pools of blood.

"Where are my women...bring them here..."

His father nodded.

By this time, Rajani lay on her back a little ways away in the trees, finishing off the bottle and licking her lips.
"Nothin' like a bit o'drink ta take the edge off."
She withdrew a second bottle and started singing her favourite songs softly, letting her mind drift.

'I have no business on this planet either.'

She started toying with his mind, conjuring up random images of her and her various flings, ending with snatches of her and him.

'So I'm staying.'

'You're only making things worse for yourself...' his lust was back...and it was rewarded as six beautful women came into the room. They eyed the pool of blood in disgust.

"Pay no mind my darlings, it was only an assassin. You know quite well how many people want me dead."

Without even asking, he pulled one toward him and started undressing her. The others undressed him. They knew how this worked. The images Artura sent into his mind only made his cravings stronger, and as he started with her, she recieved the feelings he was getting. He had both her sensations and his flooding his body.

'Actually, I'm enjoying this.'

Artura laid back, toying with her hair and seeing the world through his eyes.
