No
He really does have a salami bulging from his pocket.

Since you’ve already rolled the dice (and we might not have taken the zombie down otherwise) I’m happy to just let things stand.
If it’s okay I’d like to have at least the option of controlling Bryson’s firepower in future encounters. Here's guessing that ammunition will be in quite short supply for this game and I'd like to make the most of it.
Oh, and if Tiann really does have a Salami bulging out of his pocket then there’s no way he’d be sitting behind Bryson anyway.

Bahahaha...Indeed he does.
As for Ammo-and this goes for everyone. Since it does make a difference, specify how many shots your going to take before resorting to something else. For example if you have a zombie coming after you, and your in the end of a hallway with a door to your right. You can say (Im going to take 2 shots at its head and if it doesn't drop, im going to duck into the room) Of course if i roll and you get it on your first shot, ill let you know!

And
Vorrioch and Bob, when you guys head out, (Assuming Tiann doesn't choke when getting his car out), specify what sort of destination your going to look for. For example do you want to try and get ammo or weapons? If that's the case, Herb Philipsons is right down the street. Do you want to leave town? If so do you want to take the highway towards the nearest city, or head into the wilderness.

My vote’s for the gun shop
Might save us from needing to pistol-whip zombies to death for the rest of the campaign.
Is there an out of town retail centre anywhere near Herkimer (or failing that any petrol stations)? Somewhere our characters could pick up petrol, food and all of the other necessities of life.

Hmm...
There aren't really any places like that in the near area surrounding Herkimer. There are some little mom and pop shops in surrounding, tiny towns that might have some goods, and there are also some hunting stores that you can get some ammo from. They dot the landscape in any direction you go really....This is a hunting area.
You have already completed objective number 1. That being-discover what has the town in an uproar. The next objective is simply to get out of town safely.
Then I put us in scenario 2...which is much more fun.
This kinda goes for everyone....Except Almerin...who has his own agenda.

Next up...
Grugg, are we going to converse at all about what comes next?
I was going to do a post of my own earlier in the week, but I thought you might want to confer on next moves.
Lemme know.

Sorry to keep asking so many questions…
But let me just try to get my bearings in-game:
1. If Bryson wants to buy some ammunition, food and petrol then there are shops in Herkimer. But there are also some smaller stores in the surrounding area where he could pick up all of these things without going into anywhere too densely populated. Right?
2. Are the zombies in your last post actually blocking Tiann and Bryson’s exit? If so, would Bryson be able to run them over (or swerve around them) without risking serious harm to his vehicle?

Yep you're correct. There are country stores and whatnot in small towns that surround herkimer, as well as stores within Herkimer itself where you can get food and ammo.
The zombies coming at you are coming from the Walmart Entrance. Your car is facing the parkinglot exit so you can easily just drive away from them...unless something gets in the way. For future referance-running over zombis...since Im assuming Bryson has never run a person over before...he does not know what kind of impact it will have on his car. Is it as to run over someone as the movies make it look? Try and find out! ;D

Val
Was talking to Dunc yesterday, we're just wondering A) What is the objective of this story arc and B) What buildings are around the med centre?

Hmm
Didn't see this...just kept checking the game for posts...
Within eyesight there is a Hannaford, a Movie Gallery(rental place), an Arbys, and an Autoshop (car garage).
