Is where the party generally stays together as a group. Individual members may still have a personal agenda and when in town may split up, but otherwise they are assumed to be in the same area.

Do we roll randomly our starting gold, like as if we were first level characters?

Or do we start out with the standard 2700 gp for 3rd level characters?

Which would you all prefer?

starting gold plus 3rd level equipment,

or

3rd level gold?

I'm in favor of having the gold to play around with.
