Most of the people I know here on the Inn in real life I met here at the Inn first, with the exception being Alacrity (my husband) and MMV (my daughter).

We're in Toronto, Canada, but until recently, I used to travel to the US a great deal on business, and so have managed to meet a few Innmates while travelling: Admiral, Tann Talas, and t_catt11 himself. Bromern Sal and Gertie both made a point of stopping in TO on their own travels in order to meet us.

(Yes, dear Raven, Finland is on our list...I'll never make it there on business so we'll need to make it a vacation trip. Besides, Alacarity would insist on meeting you, too )

Aww... My heart just skipped a beat, Vanadia. <3 I'll have to say the same about Toronto. Never on a business trip, but rest assured, we'll be there one day knocking on your door. I even know what your house looks like (to a certain degree) thanks to Google maps. Scary ain't it?

As for knowing people in RL. I've only managed to meet Gertie in person. But I do feel like I know many others like old friends... which they actually are after.. what's it now? 7.5 years or so?
