This is great!
Wow! I think this is so cool. You have a great project in the works here. This just furthers my repetitive exclamation of the Inn being like family. I can't wait to see the finished product.

Alacrity should be depicted tossing someone out of an upper story window. Maybe a faceless person wrapped in a cloth bag labelled "BANNED".

Actually, for a real description i'll just say what i'm wearin now. not sure how tiny is tiny but here we go.
blue jeans, black/white chuck taylors, halo3 T-shirt
6'1, dark/black hair, 235 so chubby to say the least (But oh what a beautiful face!) 
oh, and slightly tanned skin tone.

I have dark brown hair with big curls that are completely untamed (about 5 inches in length if i pull the curls straight).
I'm 5'5" and have hazel eyes.
I have a beard similar to an Amish man (but I don't grow hair right in the middle of my chin) that comes off my face about an inch.
I'm 18 (if that helps anything)
I weigh 145.
A round face with prominent eyes... that should do.

Well, to be quite frank, I look kinda similar to my Avatar here too... But here goes the description:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 164 lbs.
Eyes: Blue Green
Hair: Medium-Short Brown
Skin: Olive kinda tone, somewhat tanned.
Typical clothes: Jeans and a t-shirt.
Everyday accessories: Glasses
And might I say this is a beautiful idea. Also, I will Echo Meri's request, and I should like to be standing next to Eol as well. (Aren't you just so gosh darn loved?  )

Just a small purple cat-human with long black hair, light purple sylph wings... usually with a darker purple outfit that consists of long sleeved jacket, shorts, a short skirt that's open at the front, black pants, and black slippers.
Okay, that's just one of my many avatars, but could work... *shifty glances*
If not... long black hair, oval glasses, purple shirt, ankle-length skirt (black with dark purple flowers, if you're wondering)... hiding behind Eol and Meri and giving them bunny ears... or sitting to the side with a pile of books and papers (probably writing one of my many mods for D&D or witchcraft)...
PS. Yes... purple is my favourite colour *shifty glances*

This sounds like a fantastic project! I'ma gonna get in on some of this!
Hmm... Sibelius? Or me? Or perhaps another one of my characters that are always running around me? Nah, I think we shall go with the original.
Towering friendlily 6'4" just behind (or near, depending on space-constraints) my first recruit to the Inn, Reralae, in a purple shirt and dark blue jeans, with a poof of longish red hair (and dark blue eyes, if there'll be enough room for that distinction). I don't really have any recent pictures, but I'll see what I can do and PM you what I find.
Also, if any other of my recruits get in on this, just point them to my area (Okron, Tispers, Shades331, and Aardvark).
