Krog the half orc. Heavy armor, heavy weapon.
Krog wears armor adorned with the femur bones of his victims. Weapon of choice is a two headed axe, the better to chop off legs. Despite the handicap he would follow prestige class as the villainous gladiator the crowd loves to hate.

Also is a long sword considered a long or light weapon and what weapons are considered for each class? Also can we wield more then 1 weapon? Like 2 long swords or short swords or Daggers?

If you read the rules you will see that you are a newly recruited 0 level gladiator so you wouldn't have such a .... Lethal background.
No to two weapons. As the rules show the selection
Long sword/short sword/blade call it what you want, I use the same chart.

Length
Long sword is outer edge of light weapons. Long are things like spear, pole arms and long chain weapons.

So...
Do you get to mess around with your ability scores, beyond just due to your race?
My understanding from your rules is that is would go something like this:
Starting Stats: STR 0, STA 0, AGI 0, PRE 0
Now, add Human template: STR 0, STA -1, AGI 0, PRE +1
Now, mess with it until you have a max of +3 positive... so some examples would be:
STR +1, STA 0, AGI +1, PRE +1
STR +2, STA -1, AGI 0, PRE +2
STR 0, STA 0, AGI +1, PRE +2
STR +2, STA +2, AGI -1, PRE 0

You do not get to "mess" around with stats. In this stage of playtest, it is racial only.

If you wanted to create an unarmed martial artist you would be looking at the wrong game. This is a simple dice game, not D&D.
