Was kind of hoping...
...that someone would join up and take the CSO role, actually. Nizrri is fresh out of the academy and probably not up to running a dept on her own. Since it doesn't look like that's going to happen, right away, though, I suppose I can add another body or two, to include a CSO. Let me do some pondering and I'll get to work on fleshing out that SCI roster.

In that case....
...let me go and adjust the entry I made earlier. I'll still keep the entry, just move him down the chain and demote him in hopes of a warm body coming along to nab the CSO spot.

Added another science type and a "junior" helmsman in hopes of giving the roster some weight. Still hoping to get some more players signed up as department heads.
