I haven't gotten to reading the game thread yet, in a while... I fear the worst

Gboy: nice. but the king states correctly. One of the main problems in the world is that the summers are hot and the winters cold, and as there is almost nothing left to burn this winter... It is indeed winter.

... but Imma a bit busy over the current few days. You can all keep posting if you wish, but this post is to say that I'm still alive and haven't disappeared.

who are you referring to? my guy is going to be digging and i think the rogue is digging right now, not sure what he is

I'm referring to clockworks character, he said he was digging in an alley.

I did mention that I'd use some of my arcane powers to weave a cloak of concealment around me...although if you can hear the sound of digging then you'd probably be able to work out something's amiss.

hoping to see even a minor update before I go hunting for Ninja's character... *shrugs*

I was talking about this with GD and we agree that if the king expects these people to go out and search for some sort of miracle answer to the dieing world, shouldn't he feed them?

I mean, if the inhabitants of the area are just days away from starving to death, that would mean that the characters are far too weak to accomplish much of anything, or to get very far.

So, shouldn't the king have food made, however meager even if it's tasteless, to feed this group of people who are by all appearances the last hope of this realm?

And he must have food and water if one guy was caught red-handed trying to steal some grain, and then the king ordered water be brought for the delirious man. So, it's clear he does have some food.

Just a thought.

Has this game fizzled??? No one has posted in a while...

Darren had been busy from what i recall.
And I think that we all have just let it sit so we wouldn't further chaos-railroad the game away from his ideas.

hopefully it all gets sorted out and the game doesn't fizzle in the shuffle, but where everyone is adjusting their schedules all we can do is wait and see
