Dawn blinked. 'I'll try not to.'
"I guess we should. And my dad has a key rule: kill if with reason. You had reason."

"Good...cause that might be to much for me to handle...I love you...still..." He was unsure how Dawn felt about him...so he added the still.

'I... I cannot say the same... at the moment... because you're... dead.' Dawn was hesitant.

Donald was staring at Adrian's corpse.

"So, I've come up with a problem. Okay, so when they see Adrian dead, they're gonna bury him. If they bury him...he's gonna die right when he comes back, right? I mean, he's gonna have six feet of dirt on top of him, and he'll suffocate."

"If I'm dead, my love, then how can I talk to you?"

He wanted to know the answer. He saw her glimpse at his corpse. His white hair nearly matched the color of his skin. He grew sick...well his mind did anyway.

He never imagened he would see his own corspe...what would do with it? Where they put it? Would they even want to touch it? He was sure Dawn didn't...

"We bring him to your room, then." Dawn walked over and stared at Donald. "And you carry him."
'Please don't do that with me, get all mushy. You're dead...'

He fell silent. She obviously didn't feel what he felt anymore...if she ever did.

He wanted to leave her, but he loved her...and he needed her. He was dead...to her. He was nothing. She'd tossed him aside...

"I vote Edward. He wasn't here for this, so he should deal with the smell."

Donald threw his pole down. Jacobi still hung on the tree, dead as ever.

"If we get sent on some quest the bring that jack**s back, then I quit,"

'Don't be sad, it makes me sad.'
Dawn winced. "But... we did..."

He didn't smell...at least he didn;t think he did. Then he thought about Dawns reaction if they ever managed to bring him back to life.

Would she love him then? Knowing that the body she was holding had once been dead? It didn't matter, she didn't love him now anyway.

'Then why can't you love me? Do you not trust me...' he decided to speak his mind, 'or did you never love me in the first place...'

'I did! But I need time...'

'You did...so you don't anymore? You just forgot it...like it never happened?' He felt he was being a tad harsh, but he wanted answers now. He couldn't wait any longer. If she was going to break his heart, she might as well do it while he didn't have one.

'YOU ARE DEAD! How can I?'

'Damnit thats not what I'm asking! Did you really love me...or were you lying...were you lying to hurt me. ANSWER ME DAMNIT!'

He felt like was about to explode, but he had no body to do so. He would have been crying was he not only a spirit. He was being to harsh, getting out of control. Donlad could hear nothing of the silent argument that was going on, but from the look an Dawns face, Adrain figured he knew something was up.
