"Is it funny?" he asked.

She looked confused. She was about to say "what" before he answered her question.

"Toying with me...is it funny? Are you laughing? Inside..."

"Oh yes, it is quite funny. And yes, I am laughing." Ella completley submerged herself, coming back up and looking at him. "Why?"

"Because I'm not. You know me...you know me already, and we haven't been together for more than two days. Why is it that you have to this?"

He frowned.

"Just because I have nothing better to do." Ella smirked.

'I'll give you something better to do...' he thought to himself.

"Well. I don't appreciate it much, but I do suppose your good at it."

Ella just smiled again and moved into the waterfall.

"Yep...well..."

He looked around.

"What now? You gonna get out soon? It's about time for the others to be back..."

"Ummm.... nope!" She stuck her head out of the water. "Wanna join me?"

"At this point, I think you know the answer..."

He stood up and lifted his curaiss from his back, followed by his greaves, gauntlets, and boots. He followed up with his chainmail.

"Sorry, this take s a while. I just hope we don;t get attacked..."

Finally he tossed his robes the ground and slid into the water, dunking his head in and shaking his hair about.

"It is nice in here..."

He backstroked over to her and smiled.

Ella returned it. The water had turned her hair dark red, and it clung to her, making her eyes even brighter. "Well, hello."

"Not bad in here...not bad at all."

He strecthed out and rested his head on the bank behind him, pulling his arms out of the water and letting his muscles clinch before resting them on the bank as well.

Ella blinked. "Wow, you show off alot." For some reason, she found that funny and laughed.

"It works on the weak minded women...they just melt."

He knew she already figured out the kind of person he was. A womanizer. No good trash to mothers and fathers, but the best thing that ever happened to their daughters for one night only. When they woke up in the morning, they found a black rose on their pillow and no one beside them. Thats how he worked.

"Gets me in trouble sometimes...I don;t mind."

"So does seducing men."

Ella smirked.

"My mom used to do it alot..." She stopped smiling. "That's why my dad was a traveller: it meant he could make mom happy by never being there. But he never knew anything about me or my brother because of it."

He out a hand on her soft shoulder, feeling the contours of her muscles against the bone.

"Life works that way sometimes. I suppose some people just end up with all the glory, while the others work their entire lives. I wish I could share a little family history of my own, but I can't remember my family, and I probabaly have more children than I can count...just don't know any of them. I regret it sometimes, but when I see the next woman, I forget all of it..."
