When doing skills, don't forget basic stuff. Planetary vehicles is a good skill to have. Don't load up on guns and coverts and then realize you have nothing for when there isn't a fight going on. If you want to bluff or lie, you'll need influence. If you want to run away, you'll want athelics.

I sent the char sheet with gear, credits, and all that hooby-jooby your way just a bit ago, Roger. Just so everyone else is aware, I went ahead flipped some of Sam's points to allow for some planetary vehicles skills so, if no one else takes any, I reckon Dash'll be the designated driver on this crew, yeah?

Kora never had a female influence/role model except for her governess who really was only there to make sure she did her studies and such. She's not really a tomboy, she's actually quite feminine in appearance. She's just not sure how to act like a 'proper' lady.

Well, I've done three of the five character sketches due to the descriptions I've received.

Got this pretty all sketched up an' jus' waitin' on Blammm an' Willow's descriptions t' add their detail 'fore I start with the color. Shapin' up right nice, but time's gonna lay me low here shortly. I'm waitin' on instructions from a publisher I'm doin' art fer 'fore I can git t' work on their pretties. Tha' means tha' once they git t' it, I'll be right swamped's far as creatin' art goes. So, git some descriptors t' me so I can git this finished 'fore that happens.

Got the crew all posturin' fer the camera in front o' Rocinante (which is hoverin' in the backgroun'). Those that gots boomsticks an' such're barin' 'em an' lookin' dangerous... lookin' at it right now an' am rather pleased with myself.

As fer ship business; if'n ya folks are buyin' a share in Rocinante just total the sums ya got t' give an' we'll look at what needs purchasin'. We'll git Rocinante all stocked up an' ready.

Willow is a lovely Eurasian mix of Japanese, East Indian and Irish (some missionary way back in the time of Earth that was, I guess)...so wide set, almond shaped eyes of a startling green shade with ivory skin and jet black hair. Full lips and arched brows from her mother's side, and just a touch of wavy curl in the long hair.

She's a dancer and yogi, so lithe and gentle curves rather than voluptuous and with her ancestry, put her at no more than 5'3" (she'd say she's travel sized). Delicate hands and feet and a tiny waist.

For a formal portrait, she'd be demurely lovely, hair worn up in a geisha's bun and a sweet smile on her lips. Informally, there's be a wicked grin, laughing eyes and hair tumbling everywhere... so I leave it to your artistry, Bromern!

Can't wait to see the finished product!

Serenity RPG Resources is an excellent page with oodles of resources for the player and GMs. Highly recommended.

You will find a list of weapons and gear there that covers the basics. Anything yo ucan't find that you need, ask me but the simple way to figure it out is that 1 credit equals about $25 dollars. So if you want something not on the list, find it on Earth, then convert. The exceptions would be foodstuff, as anything beyond protein packs (in all colours of the rainbow) are very rare and expensive.

That's a lot of money.

Do we use some of that to buy into the Rocinante?
