cool

Sounds like a neat concept Darren, looking forward to seeing how it plays out!

As far as the final member goes, we could honestly use a rogue, arcane or divine spellcaster! But let's be honest the cleric, fighter, wizard, rogue party is never as exciting to play, this way we'll have to be creative with the way we solve our problems and work harder as a team!

That's a good point

... let's get another Fighter so we can kill everything we find instead of thinking our way through it.

A wild Red Dragon appears!

I choose you Barbarian!

Barbarian uses rage.

Its super effective!

Wild Red Dragon fainted.

Yeah, having too many martial oriented players will be a bit awkward, but that is no big deal. My personal philosophy is that everyone should play what they want to, not what the group 'needs'.

Aye

Particularly because it leads to better roleplay and not rollplay.

If we fill all the "roles", it's never fun. Needs to be that element that makes us imperfect as a team

some quick answers

While Chessic admittedly wants a lot of his character to remain a secret, I think its safe to let you all know that he is playing a Summoner. That simple fact would be a bit hard to hide anyway once he summons his eidolon, so I don't think he intended that to remain a secret.

I am working on the opening post as I type this, but admit that I am suffering from a bit of writer's block, so its not going quite as well as I would prefer.

As for the final player, I'll leave that little bit stashed away in the secrets folder, since I'm still waiting on more information. (No spilling the beans either Chessic since we both know that you know.)

Good

Because it wouldn't be very hard for crazy ol' Ladnar to give away some of your secrets too...

Summoner eh?

I tried playing a summoner once, and to my surprise I hated it. The eidolon is too combat oriented, and the summoner has good attack and hp. I have been working on my own format for the summoner where the character gets a d6 for hp and a poor BAB. Also, the eidolon in my version has the player customize it a bit more, and allows for intelligent/Insightful/charismatic type eidolon's for the role playing aspect.

Anyways, hope our team does well as new recruits for the Wolf's Pack.

just so ya guys know...

Richard did not actually state that last remark about cockroaches. It was a thought.

So it sounds like niether of the first two to post have a light source on them. Richard will grab and light his lantern in the minute that it takes Aiden to summon his eidolon. I will make a post alter on today-tomorrow, got to leave for work right now.

Light

Well at least one of you will not need any light anyway. Also keep in mind that at least the foyer area itself is lit thanks to the holes in the ceiling.

Hey guys

This is the first time I've been able to get online all week. I'm hoping to get a post up during the day, if I do not, I sincerely apologize, I'm still working out life without internet. Hope I'm not holding the game up too much. Okay, off to catch up!

Yep

Sounds good Shades, unless of course we want to split up? Which of course doesn't make sense but in the logic of the characters who believe they are simply seeking out a small infestation, it might.
